Had them do an oil change on my caddy and they left the drain plug loose. I drove my car only to find out I almost could not make it to the house only to find out what they did. I am not even sure how they stay in business and would not suggest doing business with them.

We were looking for an SUV to replace my 2008 Buick Enclave. I saw a 2017 Buick Enclave Premium on Lockhart Chevrolet's website that had all the options I wanted. We called and talked to Darren and set up an appointment for that day. When we got there, the SUV was ready for a test drive. After the test drive, we negotiated a price and picked it up the next day. It was cleaned and was ready to go when we got there. It was an enjoyable experience purchasing our vehicle from Darren at Lockhart Chevrolet.

I worked with Brad to get into a new vehicle and the process was honestly the QUICKEST process I have ever been through. I couldn’t believe it. He was awesome. The finance manager was great as well, I can’t remember his name off the top of my head. Overall , out of all my car buying experience, it was smooth, quick and I was on the road in my new car in maybe an hour and a half! Totally recommend!!

My husband and I purchased a new vehicle on 8-15. We had weeks of researching and information under our belts, and knew exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately so many vehicles were selling so quickly that we wanted. Darin being our sales representative, did an amazing job especially since we weren’t the easiest with color models etc. The inventory at the Greenwood location was definitely a tricky one for us, since the fishers location had many more options etc. but Darin definitely went above and beyond to help us find something we were very happy with! His personality and care is solely what kept us at the Greenwood location or searching else where. Highly recommend working with Darin, and doing business with Lockhart in general.

We had a budget of what we was wanting to spend, our sales rep Bradley was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns we had, 10/10 would highly recommend you buy a car from him

I was greeted immediately by the dealer rep, Dyvne McCoy, who was pleasant and accommodating. The vehicles were available for inspection and I was offered the opportunity for a test drive. I was able to work a deal with little hassle and walked away very satisfied.
After the sale observations Aug 2924
No one seems interested in helping me. I have texted the sales rep several times and she has either not returned my text, indicated that she never got my text, or misread my text not providing a suitable solution.
My Lyriq has had a recall. Service Dept was not welcoming, was busy talking to other Lockhart techs, ignored me, placed me in a FREEZING COLD customer lounge ( very lovely but the 90 degree temp outside on a bench was more comfortable), originally told me the software update would take an hour, 2 hours later when I checked the tech had not even started. I was offered a ride home. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. I checked, somehow tge message ti take me home was never received or acted upon.

I had Harrison as my salesman and he was extremely nice, personable and helpful! Also Trevor was very knowledgeable and absolutely great at explaining the warranties and my finances! I love my new 2023 Dodge Charger and I thank Lockhart Cadillac of Greenwood!
