Absolutely horrible at taking care of patient needs got a cpap from the the mask had a huge crack in it from day tried to get a new one no response and a year later no way to use this cpap

I have been trying to reach Lincare all week. The phone rings forever and no answer. I need to have my concentrator serviced. This is so frustrating. Evidently they don’t care about the health of their customers. All the problems everyone is having needs to be addressed.
