Kroger pharmacy you should really teach your staff to hide there judgment better I'm getting really tired of being greeted with attitude when I pick up my medication the staff doesn't even try to hide there annoyance like shaking there head when I ask which medications were ready because they say there is 3 ready when I just came for 1 like it's a simple question and I'm not gonna pick up medication I don't currently need and mindlessly hand you money for medication I still have 3 months worth of

I hate being a Karen but this is really out of hand. Nearly every time I have to pick up a prescription, there’s a problem. And I get talked to like I am the one who has it wrong and talked down to. I’ve had to call my doctors office’s multiple times and hand them to phone so they can hear from them directly that my prescription actually exists and was sent over, among multiple other problems they’ve had with me. I’ve never dealt with this at any other pharmacy I have used. I have chronic illnesses and unfortunately have many medications I have to regularly pick up, I understand staffing issues but it’s not like I want to be sick and need to use their services so a little grave would be appreciated. I also work a customer facing job and I’d never talk to customers like I am spoken to here.

I had a frustrating experience having two scripts sent over to this pharmacy. The pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure they got both scripts taken care of for me.

I have never dealt with a worse pharmacy. They hang up the phone if you try to call them. I called 3 times and was hung up on twice. Finally a woman answered angrily and quickly transferred me. I was transferred around until someone called me by the wrong name then transferred me again. Every time they ring up my meds wrong with the kroger rx nightmare and we have to get it sorted out. When I go in to pick them up they always complain about being short staffed and that someone called in etc...I told them being short staffed doesn't compare to going through withdrawal because your meds are days late...

I came here because I needed a drink. I came in here the parking lot and the store is extremely clean. The store is really big and has a lot of options. I didn't really look at prices. The service is really good and plenty of options. I overall had a good experience.

McDonald's would have a better pharmacy if they were in that business. I gave this location 24 hrs to full a script. It's STILL not ready. What a joke. Don't use this pharmacy

The employees are nice as can be, but always stressed because they're overworked and understaffed. Also it, many times, takes a full week to get a prescription refilled. There is something very, very wrong with this pharmacy, and I have no choice but to look elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy, medicine is not available and they have to order somewhere else.….it’s been 48hrs and not yet arrived their order… Same thing with my husband Rx…. This will be the last and we’ll transfer to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy… I tried to call 4 times to see my daughter medicine is ready. Every time they hung up. Seriously… Never get medicine ready on time.

This Kroger is a large store with merchandise like clothing for sale as well as the normal Kroger grocery items. It was neat, and mostly well stocked. The issues I had that kept it from being a 5 star were all with employees. Most employees were neutral, without talking or looking at customers. The ones I came in contact with that were problematic were a couple of stockers who were working together. When I attempted to go down the isle, not only did they not move out of my (the customer's) way, but they continued to step in my path. Their stuff was in front of something I was looking at, but they never offered to move anything. They actually spoke to each other, but never me. I actually said, "Excuse me," when one stepped in front of me, causing me to stop in my path, but neither said anything to me. The other problem was that cold items were packed with non cold. I always put my cold items together on the conveyor belt to make it easier to place in bags. With it being hotter now, it's especially important to be able to keep those foods together. A little customer service training could go a long way here. Other than that, this is a great store.

I have never had a problem here. The line is rarely more than one or two people long at the most, usually I just walk right up and someone is helping within seconds. Can't speak for the drive through as I'm fully capable of waking inside. Staff is polite and you can tell they're busy filling prescriptions but they're still attempting to provide prompt service once they see you. I've never experienced delays picking mine up and nobody has been rude. Cost is fair and I always receive exactly what was prescribed.

NEVER answers the phone. will answer the phone and then hang up. after standing in a long line waiting to be assisted they will proceed to rush you and throw the bag at the counter as if it is impossible, busy or not, to place it in your hand. I understand being under staffed but professionalism should be at an all time high at that point because as impatient as you may be, so are your customers. and we don’t get paid to do that job, you do. so do it better.
