Must be understaffed. Just waited 30 minutes to be told my meds got sent to a different Kroger. I won’t use Kroger for medication refills in the future

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very rude. They have different rules every time you go in. We will be switching pharmacies.

It's the place I get accused of stealing before I even check out of the self checkout line. Nothing better than feeling like a thief while I am the one being robbed!

Recently switched for the first time from CVS to Kroger pharmacy. The difference in service is night and day. The team at this Kroger pharmacy are wonderful! So glad I made the change! Thank you!

The lady at the window was not friendly AT ALL. I tend to offer grace but she would not let up. Kroger can do better than this.

Thank you Kroger , for all of your bait and switch pricing throughout the store ( these are 1.99! Oh but you have to buy 10) Thank you also for all your products with no price tag on them. Much appreciated. Thank you Kroger for all the price gouging! ( entemanns donuts $6.75)! Kroger generic butter 4.99,What a deal! Huge sign by butter says on sale for 2.99, Then at checkout it's 4.99 -.20, unless you have the Digital coupon. Excellent bait and switch ! Thank you ALDI, butter just 2.75 Congratulations tho Kroger, on your record profits.!

Fills script, asks if my kid's got an allergy to the med because of a pop-up... At 8pm... So I have to wait a day, call the doc, find out it's fine, drive back again, wait again, and find out they threw it away? And the cycle begins again.Update: The pharmacist last night apparently under-rated the chance of a severe allergic reaction by *half* if you believe the new guy over the one from last night. What a dumpster fire.

Closing at 1 pm and not listed on website. Encountered pharmacy tech named Alana. She was rude and condescending. She and pharmacist said feel free to take my business elsewhere....so I did. Drive up window has not been open for months. Other employees at this pharmacy always were friendly but not these two.

We have visited all four Kroger stores in Johnson County and this store is the cleanest and most well organized. This Kroger seems to be one of the busier stores as well. They are often out of your favorite product depending on the day and time you do your shopping. Sunday is the definitely their busiest day of the week. This location has a nice variety of organic and regular fruits and vegetables. The have a large selection of daily in-store made sushi and they even have a Starbucks for those who like to peruse while caffeinated. This location has a large craft beer and wine selection. They also have a dedicated cheese station. The staff that work the cheese station super friendly and helpful. You can get a propane tank replacement and rent from the the Redbox located near the entrance. If you have a Kroger card and spend one hundred dollars - you qualify for 10 cents off per gallon of gas at the Kroger gas station. It's nice to have a store with some many options this far south in Greenwood.

This pharmacy has very quickly gone downhill. The first few years I dealt with them they were great. Staff was very pleasant and competent. They always knew who I was by name. Very pleasant experience. Fast forward to the Covid pandemic…yikes can hardly explain the difference. Staff is not pleasant, prescription is never ready even though the automated system reported the rx was ready to be picked up. The technician said “you cant pay any attention to then automated system “. What? But by far the worst experience was on a Sunday afternoon, they had unexpectedly shortened their hours. They posted them on a very small sign that day. There were about 15 patients in line to pickup their prescriptions and they just closed the gates in our face and said “we’re closed”. I am a licensed registered nurse. I think it is their (the pharmacists) ethical responsibility to see the patients are taken care of. Seems they could have stopped others from getting in line and taken care of the ones who were in line ( some of us for an hour) before they just shut the gate and announced they are closed. I am not sure what the answer is. But I would expect more from a licensed health care professional such as a pharmacist to be a bit more caring and well more professional.
