Really like the wash, however the buffer did NOT touch the hood or the top of my car as it should ,being thatvi paid for the 25$ for the whole cleaning option. The vacuum that I used after the wash worked great. Would have given 5 Star had my car been buffed properly..

Clean vehicle and no complaints as it was free for using them for the first time.Yeah, text them and they send a code to you for a free wash.

I am one that will give things time before I leave good honest reviews. I will say I have been using this car wash for a couple years now, even took my Cadillac through it which was in prestine condition and never had any issues! Absolutely loved the job this car wash did! I ALWAYS referred people and I’ve held two car wash memberships at this car wash. I was so happy until Friday, December 8, 2023 when I took my truck through the Greenwood wash. I will say I paid a lot of money for my truck and I never trusted any other car wash BUT after taking my truck through the wash brushes left scratches ALL over the hood of my truck and the whole passenger side of my truck! I am very particular with my truck and I clean the inside while I’m there also and always do a walk around to make sure everything is good! I spoke with an employee on site to file a damage report and was very nice during it because I felt Kopetskys would make it right. After 2-3 days the CEO emailed me and said that they denied my claim and due to evidence of previous damage. I was astounded and replied back for them to provide me with the proof of evidence and their response was that they would pass the message along but still would not change the claim. You can see on my truck the scratches are all consistent with their brushes and being I’ve never had to file a claim before in my life and have been a very loyal customer I thought things would be done right but unfortunately that is not the case! I will now have to get my attorney involved in order to get them to do the right thing. I will never be using this car wash again or any other one for that matter. Always make sure you look at your car before and after if you ever use a car wash!

Great wash! We took advantage of their grand opening free wash. They gave away their top end which I think normally costs $21. It's a little more than I would normally spend but it was a good wash. They have heated blowers to dry off and wheel scrubbers to get the tires nice and clean too. They also have free vacuums that you can use after you clean the outside to clean the inside. I highly recommend this place to make your vehicle clean and shiny!

Used to have a mikes unlimited but couldn’t fit with the new truck because of the custom wheels thanks to kopetsky no more washing by hand and I love the soft cloth finish

I would not take my brand new/expensive vehicle through this automated wash. It will leave scratches, water spots, and potentially will damage your vehicle. Their vacuums are always clogged or not working, the lot is full of ***** pins and nails potentially piercing a tire, and the mat cleaners spit water at you while you are waiting for them to clean your mats. Almost everything about this business is made to look high quality, sound high quality, but when it comes to actual performance and effectivenessyou can expect low-quality. I have even tried to buy a detail pack and it didnt come out, so either the machine didnt dispense correctly or the employees arent keeping the machines stocked. The level of service has dropped since first opening as well. Not enough adults around and the ones who run the business are anything but adults. Its really hard to get any help or contact anyone and then when you do, you get nothing but attitude. Unprofessional to say the least. I will not be coming back.

Great Carwash. It made my newly purchased Z06 look brand new. It's also the only place I can wash it due to the ground clearance.

Went through the wash twice. Lots of bugs remaining after the first wash. I pulled back to the window and asked them to clean it better the second time. The pics are the result after 2 washes. Pics were taken at the car wash, 1 min after pulling out the second time.1 extra star for the free vacuums. They suck quite well.

Prices are decent, the car wash looks nice on the outside, has RGB lights flashing on the inside, and free vacuums after the wash! Pretty good if you ask me.

I used to really like this car wash for the free vacuums and convenience. However, my last 2 washes there have been incredibly unsatisfactory. Most recently, I went through and some of the brushes were turned off. I came out with dust and dirt still on the lower half of my car. For $21! I’ll definitely be going to Crew or self-washing from now on.Services: Auto detailing

I have always hand washed my truck due to being lifted and tires to big for regular car wash so I was told this place could wash it tried it out. got out to see what it looked like after and the truck had nicks all down the sides. I addressed the issue with attendant and showed pics of this not being that way before and I would've noticed due to hand washing it. They advised they filed a claim and would review cameras also told me the owner would contact me and at that time I would also be able to see the cameras. well nothing ever happen from there side no call won't show me proof as they say they have. Guess this can go into a court situation now because I've waited long enough for them to show proof or make it right..Service: Auto detailing
