Kohl's used to be my go-to, favorite place to shop. I loved getting the percentage off discount coupons in the mail. However, now there are so many exceptions on which items can be discounted. I ended up leaving all my items and left. A customer at another register was having her cashier take off all the items not eligible also.

My granddaughter and I decided to take a trip to Sephora inside Kohl's. Upon walking into the makeup area we were greeted by a beautiful young lady by Ivanna, She is a joy to work with and was very educational and assisting two beginners on the makeup scene. She tried different foundations and concealers to match both of our skin tones and was exceptionally went above what I thought was deserving. Thank you for hiring her and I know you guys are going to miss her if she should leave the company have a great day thank you

Kohl’s is not what it used to be. Very few petites or options for my older mother. It is hard to find anyone working to help and very inconvenient to have one checkout and one set of doors open. I want the old Kohl’s back.
