I have gone here off and on but recently started going more frequently. My nail service last Friday was awful. My dip was chipping by Saturday and now today it's peeling and breaking. I'm going to have to find somewhere else. My previous dip this happened after a week.

I visited this salon for the first time nearly two years ago and was a regular for several months, always impressed by the quality of service. Back then, the place was always busy, with every chair full.
After taking a break from getting my nails done for about a year, I decided to return. Unfortunately, I noticed a significant decline in both the atmosphere and professionalism, which was reflected in how empty the salon was. The technician who did my nails initially was amazing—she’s truly an artist. I had hoped to continue with her long-term, but my recent experience left me looking for a new place.
I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and noticed there were several used nails scattered around her booth on the floor. It was a bit off-putting, especially since it was her first appointment of the day. When my technician finally arrived 15 minutes late without any communication, I was disappointed. There was no apology or explanation.
Additionally, I had hoped to get my nails filled, but I was informed that because I had gel-X, that wasn't an option. I wish this had been communicated to me earlier, especially since I voiced plans to continually do my nails during my first appointment.
During the soak-off, my technician took multiple personal phone calls and made several stops to chat with other staff members about going out after work, effectively putting my appointment she was late for on hold. It felt like a lack of respect for my time and the appointment. I also noticed that another technician arrived 45 minutes late, and some were vaping inside. So I know the issues aren't exclusive to the tech I went to.
I really hope the salon can improve, as it was once a great place. I came in planning to spend over $100 today, but ended up leaving only spending $17 on the soak-off. I just hope they can return to the level of service they once offered. However, I am swearing this place off and looking for another salon.

My daughter has been to Kim, Megan and Gaby and all have been amazing experiences. All the girls there are so sweet and the conversation is so easy.

We just moved to Greenwood, so I’ve been searching for new local services for all our needs. Just talking on the phone, I knew Kim was my new girl! When I arrived I was greeted warmly by my tech and we shared fun and interesting conversations while she did my mani. I can be high maintenance ?? and Jenna was so patient with me and did everything she could to match the color I was hoping for in my French ombré. It didn’t end just with my tech, all staff were so amazing and welcoming! We shared many laughs as I moved on to my pedi. Darn it, I don’t remember her name, who did my pedi. Kim, can you add her in comments so she gets credit due! ? But she too, did a GREAT JOB on my pedi and was so fun and friendly!Kim arrived shortly after and took the time to come over to greet me and say hello! She is so sweet! I was 100% satisfied with my visit and services and I will definitely be going back. My nails look AMAZING!! I highly recommend Kim’s Nail Salon!

All I had done was an acrylic soak off, but it was still the best experience I've had in any nail salon ever. Katie was great and explained everything she was doing and why. I've also never had anyone work so gently with my nails. If I decide to have anything done, I will 100% return to Katie!

I booked an appointment on their app last minute thinking they would turn me away once I got there but they were happy to have me. I got a basic gel manicure and Kim was quick and efficient and very polite. My nails look great. I haven’t had them done since covid and it feels great having nice nails again. Jeannie absolutely killed it. My nails are gorgeous, I was so indecisive and she picked the perfect set. All I said was Halloween, and girl she did that. It was my first time here and I’m definitely coming back. 10/10 service truly

Kim took me as a walk in, after 6:00 when they close at 7:30. She did a very thorough job on my calluses (and they were bad) she was pleasant and friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable, as well. I love the pedicure! I will definitely be returning!! Thank you, Kim!

I don't often get my nails done because it's a little intimidating to me. I just don't know a lot about them and always pick a color that I end up not totally loving after a few days. This was my second visit to Kim's nails and my appointment with Jeannie was straight up amazing. She asked me tons of questions about what I do for work, if I was getting my nails done for a special occasion, and talked to me about what I was wanting so she could actually help me find a color and style that fit me. I came in thinking I wanted a darker color to match a dress I was planning to wear for my 10 year anniversary and after talking with me and seeing me clearly struggling and overwhelmed with options she suggested a neutral that I am totally loving. She was so kind and patient that I felt so comfortable asking her questions I never ask about the options. I left with a beautiful set of soft gels that fit me and my lifestyle more than any other set of nails I've had done. I've never felt more confident leaving a nail appointment and it was 100% due to Jeannie's energy, openness and helpful attitude. Will definitely be returning!

Tried this salon for pedicure. Called made an appointment but seemed rushed as staff member let me know she had to leave by 5pm. Massage lasted 4 minutes with hot stones and she only half painted two toenails. For $65 (prior to tip) not worth it.

I’ve been to this salon twice and each time, I’ve got bad service. The first time, I got a soft gel set and they were peeling off within 2 weeks and they are suppose to last 3-4 weeks. The second time I got an acrylic fill in and after 2 days, 2 nails broke and the paint chipped off multiple fingers. I’ve gone to a few salons before as a regular with acrylic and I’ve never had this happen before. I’m a new customer and was referred by a friend but I won’t be using them again.Services: Acrylic nails
