My daughter loves it here. The quality of their childcare is amazing. She stays very busy through the day.

Please don't send your kids here. Our 5 year old child had a potty accident here, and when they came home they said they were punished for this. They stated they were placed at a table by themselves and not allowed to speak to their friends after the accident. We called the office, and talked to the director (Scott). We wanted to get the teacher's side of the incident. We thought that perhaps it was a miscommunication.Scott said he was in our child's classroom the entire day since he was doing teacher reviews, and assured us our child was not isolated after the accident. He stated that he told our child that accidents happened, and to just try to make it to the potty next time.We then asked our child if they had seen Scott that day. Our child stated they did not. Our child then had multiple accidents that weekend and woke up with nightmares, which is not typical for them.We decided to do an unscheduled visit to our child's classroom after dropping them off their next day back. This is allowed per Indiana Code 12-17.2-4-17, which states: "Unscheduled visits by a custodial parent or guardian of a child shall be permitted at any time the child care center is in operation."Upon entering kids kingdom, we were stopped by staff, who stated we could not go in. We respectfully explained the above law which allows us to do so, and continued to our Child's classroom and talked to the teacher. The teacher confirmed our child's version of events, and stated the isolation was not meant to be a punishment. When we asked the teacher if Scott was in the room, they stated that he had not been there at all on the day in question. So either our child and the teacher were lying, or Scott was. Either way, we could no longer trust Kids Kingdom. We took our child out. We talked to several other parents, and they've had similar issues. One stated that they were kept from visiting their child's classroom during an unscheduled visit. Please Google Indiana Code 12-17.2-4-17, such action by Kids Kingdom is illegal. We contacted DCS about this. The following are some rumors I heard after we removed our child. Though I can't confirm their veracity, they are still concerning even if only partly true:Several former teachers independently stated that issues such as the above are the norm by some other teachers, to include shaming for potty accidents. One teacher stated that another teacher locked a child in a dark bathroom until they would use the toilet. Another teacher stated that Scott is friends with the local DCS rep, and he gets a heads up before inspection, hence why our DCS inquiry likely went nowhere. Several teachers stated that Scott intimidates teachers from being completely open with DCS, and threatens their current and future employment. It's been some time since this incident occurred; I had an extremely hard time just thinking about it and couldn't bring myself to write about it here without being overcome emotionally. I hope that the above prevents parents from going through what we went through.Again, please do not send your kids here.

I would quit my job before sending my daughter here again. Very few staff members were friendly and they seem to have a high turn over rate. They do not allow you to go inside to see your kids. My daughter always came home exhausted, a month at her new daycare and she is her lively self coming home everyday. She would cry and hide behind me when certain staff members would greet her at the door. Biting was excessive and the staff told us they do not inform parents. After the 10th incident, the owner said they always tell the parents but his directors, who are the ones there every day, told me otherwise. Overpriced for the quality of the care.Edit: Within 3 months of my original review I have had two families reach out to me about similar issues.

My daughter attended Kids Kingdom for the last two years (ages 4-6), and really thrived. She did learn a lot and seemed to enjoy every day. She always was excited to tell me what they did and what they had for lunch! Everyday I picked her up and always wore a huge smile. She developed many skills and friendships during her time. The owners certainly seem to pour their heart and soul into the facility and strive to ensure it is a safe, comfortable, productive place for our children. I highly recommend it.

I have to said I was exited to have my child at kids kingdom since they are a Christian congregation. When I went to the daycare, they showed me the program they had and it looked pretty good, every thing looked amazing so I decided to have my daughter here. Well, everything was fine, but I started to notice my daughter was coming with the same diaper that I put on at 5:30am, so I started writing the hour on the diaper. At 5:30 or 6:00 pm I would pick up my girl and she would pee on her pants on the way home because she was wearing the same diaper from 5:30am. They do not have an app and there is no communication with the teachers, so I thought maybe they were short on diapers, so I would send more and she would still comeback wearing the same diaper. I explained the situation to Brooke one of the directors at Kids Kingdom and she would tell me it was because they were potty training her. I told her I understood they were taking her to the bathroom but I didn't understand why they were letting her to be wet all day with the same diaper. I asked her to make sure they change the diaper so she wouldn't be wet and avoid accidents in the way home. Well, nothing happened, every single day it was the same thing. At the beginning they were losing my kid's clothes, so whenever I asked for them they would tell me they didn't know where they were (I know it was my fault because some of the clothes didn't have a name). But still this is telling you the organization they have in the classroom. One time they sent a sweater with my husband that didn't belong to my kid and I returned back. Moreover, they don't have an APP and there is no way to have communication with the teachers, you don't know what is happening at this daycare. Since they don't have an app I would ask Brooke about the activities they did and I would notice she was upset because I was asking questions. Also, They don't let you go inside the building, they would stand in the door and give you your kid to avoid that you get in. I found this weird because it gave me the impression they didn't want you to see what they are doing inside. Furthermore, It was pretty stressful go every morning and see Brooke, she was passive aggressive and rude. I moved my kid to Kid City USA and that's amazing, the people in there is very organize, friendly and respectful, I can have great communication with teachers and staff and look at the activities my kid is participating through the APP they have. I can even go inside the premises to pick up my girl and see what they are doing. Having an APP for me is a great deal. In conclusion I would never have my kids in a place like kids' Kingdom, look for a better place.

My daughter attended Kids Kingdom from the age of 4 - 6 and really blossomed under their care. Mr. Scott really pours himself into ensuring the facility and staff are a great providers. Highly recommend this place.

Before our son started pre-k at Kid's Kingdom in 2020, he had gone to the same sitter since he was 10 weeks old. It was a hard change for a mom but Kid's Kingdom made the transition easy for me even during a pandemic. I knew from the start that it was a good fit and our son has always been happy to be dropped off, which to me is a great sign! He has flourished so much academically and socially over this past year and here we are again about to leave a place we all love for the move to kindergarten but thankful Kid's Kingdom has helped to prepare him for what's to come!

At first we liked this daycare, but then after a couple teachers left it went downhill. I have asked for several weeks to talk to the owner and he will not respond. There are a couple good teachers there but other then that, the place is a joke. It is almost $200 a week and the staff is rude, rough with the kids, never communicates, and has no social skills. They say this is a Christian school but it is far from that. I do not recommend sending any kids there, not sure how they are still open. They are quicker to cover up staff being rough with kids than ever communicating with parents.

My wife and I have so many wonderful things to say about this daycare and the owner, managers, and caretakers for our son. They were flexible during the pandemic, have went above in beyond to make sure the daycare is safe and clean, and continue to provide a great second home for our son. We will be life-long Kids Kingdom members and will refer friends, family, co-workers, and all who are in need of daycare services! Thanks again for all you do Kids Kingdom staff; it is recognized and appreciated!!!

My little one enjoys to go to Kid’s kingdom. We feel that she is in a safe and neat place. The teachers and office staff always have a smiling face. The teacher gives us update on my kid every day. My 5 year old too goes to Kid’s kingdom during her breaks. Both of them enjoys to go there. They like the hot food and healthy snacks too. What else would a parent want more than a safe, caring environment along with good food while we are away from our kids?

I feel our child is safe here. The staff is friendly and seem genuinely concerned for the well being of our child. We recently relocated to the east side of Indy. We chose to stay with Kids Kingdom because of the atmosphere, even though it is 30 minutes outside of our commute route.
