So I am rating 3 stars because first time was terrible 2nd time just made me upset 1400$ spent in 3 weeks multiple pieces of jewelry first was a ring that was suppose to be sized was promised by a certain date several days after that date I got a call ring came in wrong size I said ok no biggie but after Andrew the store manager said he would see what he could do call me right back I never received a call back after 48 hours I called and heard from Andrea which was great I could tell she took her job very seriously said she would put it on the frontline and she called me back in less than 5minutes and had got the ball rolling then called me back later to tell fallow up and called me again to let me know that the ring was done and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy so I wasn’t gonna come back in and then I proceeded to come in because she said don’t want one bad experience change it and talk to me into coming back in she happen to not be there. I only wanted to deal with her and yet again, the Store Manager Andrew said that he would take care of me because of my bad experience I said that make sure she gets the Sell then and I don’t believe that she did jewerely was nice yes but I want a good experience especially when spinning hard-earned money

Was told by the older guy ringing me out that my purchase was 9 months, no interest if paid in full by then. Turns out I've been charged monthly interest since I purchased. Either he lied, or has no clue how to do his job. I'll start going elsewhere from now on.Edit: I mean nothing is going to come out of me contacting your customer service. I'll pay off my purchase, and never think about spending money at Kay again.

Absolutely horrendous experience. We came in and waited 20 minutes to get a ring cleaned that would take maybe not even 2 minutes just because there were other people waiting to look at rings they didn’t even buy. HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE LOCATION. Will NEVER be back.

Unprofessional. Store in greenwood opens at 11 and after banging on door at 11:05 a girl came to door to tell me she is still doing opening details and her clock didn't show 11. Skip Kay. Sale lost for this nonsense.

First off Kenna is amazing!! After having a bad experience somewhere else we decided to give Kay’s a try. Kenna was so empathetic to our situation and provided top notch customer service! The ring is so nice and the turnaround time was quick! We will always shop at Kays moving forward! Thank you!!!

Went to this location recently and I walked around for several minutes and no one acknowledged me or even spoke. So I eventually just left and I went back to share with the manger and she didn’t care just said we must have been busy. Don’t go to this location they treat people poorly.

Adam, you were the best! You deserve to be running that Kay store!!! Thank you literally from the bottom of my heart for helping me experience the best day of my life and a new beginning with my future husband. Thank you tons!!!! Keep a lookout for your invite to our nuptials! ?*Update*I have had 2 diamonds, both from the halo, fall out. One the day I got it, and another one last week. When I took it in to get repaired, the girl was RUDE as hell and basically said I should try taking better care of my ring and not wearing it all the time, like her. First off, I shouldn't have to do that to begin with, especially with how much it costs. If you sell quality rings, then I should be able to wash my hands and the metal NOT gradually turn colors. I still love my ring but after dealing with her and this happening twice since October 2021, if another stone falls out or the plating (that NO ONE SAID I HAD) fades again, then we will take our business and money somewhere else.

Took out wedding rings in to get cleaned and all they got was soaked with solution. Very disappointing. I went to Zales and had then cleaned. Zales did amazing!!!
