The staff on the floor are very sweet and will ask if you need help as soon as you walk in. I love the versatility of products. However, the cashiers are very rude. I went Saturday around 7 and let the cashier know I had a return. She looked pissed and started mumbling things while rolling her eyes. She sent me off to the next cashier who was also very rude and didn't want to help me with my return. I heard both of them talk about how it was so busy because of tax return season and costumers have "nothing better to waste their money on". I understand they were probably overwhelmed or having a bad day, but I always get this type of service from them and it really sucks because I love this store.

customer service is garbage u be on hold 4 hrs they always cancel orders an make it hard to get ur money back they will never g3t serv from me again i have a big social media following i promise everyone will no my exp !!! u deserve 0 stars !!!

Bad attitude cashier …socks tag price $18 on when she’s scan she keep charging me 22$ i asked her why you charge me $22 for if the tag saying $18 I bought 2 pair not even one all socks price was $18 and she got bad attitude she said that not her problem and she throw the socks away when i said i dont want it stupid lady i talk to the Maneger and there is guy pointing that is manager when i go to him he told me the guy told me before he’s the mangar all crackhead

Customer service or horrible. Would not let us try on a new release shoe. We could buy it, try it on in the store and get a refund if it didnt fit. How much sense does that make? Went over to Foot Locker and they were more than happy to let us try the shoe on. Will not step foot in JD again.

This place rocks! Huge inventory. Lots of helpful and professional staff. Clean and organized. These people CAN handle a large crowd of shoppers.

Shout out to JD Greenwood they always got good VIBES and are super attentive even when I'm just strolling through and window shopping. They always get you together whenever you ready. Excellent customer service!

Jazz was amazing! She helped us find the shoe and the right size for me. She took the time to help lace up the shoes the way we wanted. Definitely will come back!

Called ahead for a pair of shoes and they said they had my size in stock. I drive to the store and ask for my size in the shoe and they tell me they will have it for me at the register for check out. I get to the register and somehow they only had the next size up. They wasted my time and lied to me. They hold shoes back for their friends. Very unprofessional, I won’t spend anymore money with JD Sports.

WARNING: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! AND I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM. I keep getting many, many daily emails from these people for no apparent reason. They keep sending them even after I have unsubscribed about 30 times over the years. I have even called several times over the past few years and they never truly stop. I don't even live in the midwest!!!! I'm in California! WTF!!!

We picked out five pairs of shoes and they ended up no ringing up my son's shoes so when we got home I went to give to them and realized she never even rung them up so my son cried all day but now we r going back to get his shoes so we will see

Went in for an online return and the managers were extremely rude to me probably due to my race. The manager and assistant manager claimed that they were “too busy” to help me with my return. I had a customer service representative on the phone with me at the time, and she said they would be able to help me but they refused, and said that the representative did not know what she was doing. Overall, very very bad experience and customer service. Will not be going back to this location!!!!!
