I was very pleased with the custom process to make the exact ring I wanted. I chose a white gold ring in the store with a citrine in it and asked that they make it in yellow gold with an onyx in it. I love the end result. Also, they gave me an interactive 3D model of the ring before they actually cast it.

Everyone was great. They were knowledgeable with all my questions. The worked with us to get what we wanted and my granddaughter was choosing a gift for her mom for Christmas and they treated her with great respect and that she WAS the customer. Great affirmation for a teenager.
