Going there and receiving the level of service the whole staff provided was an excellent experience. Needed a vehicle serviced, especially if there is an issue that needs to be diagnosed, can be a bit stressful not knowing what to expect. I had gone to a competitor dealership in the area for some problems that required troubleshooting last fall and the interaction began with them acting bothered with my business, being generally rude and treating someone they hadn’t dealt with yet like they were incompetent. Part of the work was to be warranty/service bulletin work, which they seemed irritated about and could provide no timeline as to when the parts would be available. The answer I received was “they could be in this week or several months from now”. Being stressed about the vehicle not running properly and feeling trapped, I consented to have them do the work, plus other things suggested from inspection and several recommended fluid service items and then they never would communicate anything to me after that. I had no idea about timeline, progress or if and when the parts would come in and they could begin the work. They had provided an email address and a direct text line for questions that was completely ignored when I reached out for information, it was highly frustrating. They wasted no time to contact me when it was time for money however. Plus, I sent them feedback similar to what is being related here and no one has made contact to clarify or investigate the matter. But going back to the original purpose of this, I wish to commend the whole staff there in the service department at Indy Honda. I want to extend special thanks to Walter who was extremely helpful, informative and provided professional communication throughout the whole interaction. He and everyone else involved were interested in doing good service, diagnosing an issue promptly with a suitable solution that had a timeframe and provided accommodating answers while acting very professionally. I am a very easy going and reasonable person, it takes a lot to cause disgruntlement but the situation at the previous place just checked all of the “no” boxes for proper customer service in every way. Comparing the experience with the other place to the pleasure of Walt’s services is like night and day really. I will recommend Bob Rohrman’s Indy Honda in Greenwood to anyone and would advise others to not consider any other option.

Alexzandra Blackburn performed extremely well during my visit and repair on my Honda Pilot. She kept me informed on the progress of my needed repairs, that were performed in a very timely manner. Thank you to Alex and the rest of the Indy Honda repair team.

Came in for F1 maintenance oil change tire rotation had a wheel slow leak fixed. Technician was very intensive and explained. Ford suggested service items went ahead and added brake fluid exchange. She was tentative and responsive overall experience very acceptable.

Indy Honda has serviced my vehicle on at least 2 occasions. I own a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Being a Honda shop, they are supposed to know my vehicle inside and out. However, there is a check engine light on saying I have an emissions problem. It’s been on for over two years. I have asked, each time that something be done to remove this check engine issue permanently. Not only is Indy Honda unable to make this happen they do not call me back when I inquire and they seem ignorant of basic automobile mechanics. For example, they tried to sell me on a new torque converter. I asked for an explanation as to how a torque converter could have an effect on engine emissions. The service tech was unable to answer my question. The time before that, the tech simply failed to call me back which seemed odd in that we had discussed a $3000+ service job (on which I was ready to pull the trigger). I won’t be back.
