About 6 months ago I was informed that one of their PCP told me that they didn’t want to see me anymore. I had been a patient of this PCP for about 20 years. I admit that I was a slightly stubborn patient, but dropping me for just canceling a few appointments shouldn’t be a cause for dismissal from evaluations. Good news is I’ve found a new PCP, and in my opinion a better doctor than my last one here at this location. I’m sorry but you’ve lost a great patient Indiana Internal Medicine.

Very inconsistent with care and follow ups. Wait months for appointments and receive incorrect billing information and also lied to about accepting insurance and my concerns aren’t taken seriously or resolved by staff. I’ll be switching primary care and health providers.

On line pharmacy claims you guys never call them back. They evidently don't have the time to wait through your exhaustive call tree. I've become accustomed to this from your offices but it certainly goes to inefficient business practices. Your patients have to play an unreasonable game of phone tag. I also have noted that your reviews have been steadily going down over the past three years. Imagine my shock. Maybe fix this problem first. Or will you also be sending me a letter of your intent to vacate me ss a patient as you have apparently done with others who make you actually do the work. Again...I'm shocked.

Don’t waste your time with this building or any of the Dr’s in there. It’s all about the money and how much can they drain from you. Absolutely joke and the Epitome of what is wrong with the US healthcare system.

I don’t think a 1 star review could truly do justice on what I want to say about Dr. Samuels. After years of my family going to him, it’s safe to say, he has been ultimately the worst doctor I’ve ever met. He constantly went through only the same 3 medications for my anxiety & depression because his “wife was on this one.” I had to pull teeth to get my referral to a psychiatrist. Dr. Samuels has put my father on the back burner when he is diabetic and has health concerns. He is now in the ER because of the lack of carefulness and consideration from Dr. Samuels. He trusted a doctor, as anyone should, yet was failed. This could have been avoided and yet I am sitting here with a heavy heart wondering what could have been avoided if he would’ve just pushed to get to the bottom of what’s wrong and/or refer to a specialist. I am done sitting and watching my family be effected by the actions of this doctor, please use your time and go to a doctor who will fight for your care.

I had an appointment today 01/26/24, with a Pulmonary Specialist, to do a Pulmonary Function Test. The young lady who took great care of me was amazingly welcoming, encouraging, made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions and even listened to my concerns. Her name was Cory and she was Super professional, I wasn't sure what's expect going today, but hands down she's excellent at what she does and deserves recognition for this. Thank YOU SO MUCH CORY, you're the best and is salute you for all you do. GOD BLESS????

The doctor was fine, but seriously...please update your payment process! No online payment option in 2023? I had to give my credit card number, expiry, and 3 digit code over the phone to a person who wrote it down. When I asked for a confirmation number, she told me that my CC info was now going to be passed to ANOTHER person for processing. This feels very insecure! It's 2023! Please offer a secure online site for payments.I might expect this from a small doctor in a rural town, but not from a major facility such as this in Indianapolis.

Over bill, doctor does not listen to patient, completely misdiagnosed. I do not have asthma. All they want to do is sell you a sleep study which will surely cause you respiratory issues.

All the staff and Dr's are very friendly, communicative, and everytime I come to see Dr. T. Simon, she is a great listener, answers all my questions and concerns. She makes me feel comfortable, at ease and explains thoroughly in her treatment options and makes my care her priority. I have my youngest child whom always goes with me to my Dr, and I am very pleased at how sweet and professional she is. I haven't seen drs in about 5 years, put my health on pause for my kids and busy life, and I'm already anxious, drs usually make me more anxious but not her!!

I went a couple years without any medical care because I didn't like how this practice handled patients. The provider I saw previously had left so when I tried to make an appointment I had to find a new provider. My attempt to find a new provider was met with a bad attitude, the person I spoke with interrupted me and was entirely unhelpful. I remembered why I stopped going to this clinic, and I will not be returning.

I had a visit with Dr. Mavani. One of the most unproductive visits I've ever had with a medical professional. He spoke so quickly that I barely caught anything he was saying. When I tried to ask a clarifying question about something he said, he snapped back with: "ma'am, I've been doing this for 20 years, why would I lie to you?!" I told him that I wasn't questioning his expertise, just asking him to clarify something he said. Unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a doctor. Waste of time, money, and energy.

Spent 3 years as a patient here. Horrific communication between front desk staff and patients. Very hard to speak with someone at the doctors pod and you’ll always be sent to voicemail. When stating you’ll be changing physicians, they become very pushy and question your decisions. I showed a family pedigree for my first FNP and she had no idea how to read one (something that is taught in freshmen biology I at the undergraduate level).

I started seeing Dr. Gabriel C. Kousourou, DO, Rheumatologist for what was thought to be PMR causing me horrific pain. After seeing another rheumatologist for three months still in agony everyday I sought another opinion.Dr. Kousourou gave me a complete & through examination leaving no stone unturned! He let me speak freely with my issues, and conversed with me in an easy to understand way that was comforting. That may sound normal, but it wasn't from the other guy!Dr. Kousourou immediately decided to increase my prednisone to stop the extremely high inflammation I've been suffering from. The success of that action was truly a blessing! The next day I had only minor discomfort, and it just kept getting better.Due to many factors going on within me he decided it's a form of RA and possibly other arthritic issues causing these extreme inflammation levels.I am extremely happy I switched doctors with such a positive outcome. I have total confidence in this man who happens to be the new kid on the block at Indiana Internal Medicine! He listens, and talks to you making sure he understands what you're saying and the issues you have! He looks at you when speaking, and gives you plenty of time to explain, never a rush! His office staff & nurse are awesome always happy to assist & answer questions!I am very thankful for Dr. Gabriel Kousourou.

Got charged $50 for not showing up to an appointment that I didn't know I had.
