They desperately need more tellers. But also better organization. Twice now going through drive-thru I had parked first, sent my deposit first, car to the right of me comes up minutes after me
and is taken care of first? Leaving several minutes before I am taken care of. How exactly does that happen?

Went to this location to open an account. Was asked if I had an appointment...no! Checks system, we don't have a banker that can meet with you until Monday. That is three days out. No thank you. What a joke.

I have issues with this locations ATM . Every time I go to the ATM it is out of service so I have to end up driving out of my way and use more gas to get to the next Huntington bank .

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever encountered in my entire 32 years of life! If Huntington bank ever cared about the customers that bank with them, they would get rid of every single person that works there an start over with new employees. These people don't even care about their jobs, how could they ever care about the customers! Absolutely disgusted with this bank and its employees! Barf! Please don't bank with these people go to Regions!

I just have to share my joy about banking with Huntington Bank – it's been a game-changer for me! I was frustrated with my previous bank, Chase, and this online-only account called Varo, but ever since I walked into Huntington Bank and set up my new account, everything changed for the better.No bashing here; I simply needed a bank that truly understands and values its customers. The branch manager Carla is one million percent a joke. Very rude. I was told that when I opened a checking account that I would still get my direct deposit 2 days early by the guy who opened my account. I explained that I am used to getting my paycheck early and the guy told me yes with Huntington I would still receive my pay 2 days early. I went on ahead and closed my other bank account and opened with Huntington. A big mistake. My debt card never arrived so after 15 days a lady from customer service was able to get me a new debt card delivered to me overnight. I was in the branch last week and again was told that by the time my next direct deposit hit that I should get my money Two days early. When I just spoke to Carla she said you have to met the criteria for early pay, when I stated that she never told me this criteria she threatened to hang up me. The customer service is horrible. I spoke to corporate and they can see my funds but are refusing to release them because I am a new client. Do not bank here. The customer service is a joke, they will lie to your face and are very very rude to you. Carla someone needs to be trained you and you're entire company in empathy and compassion. Especially being a branch manager you would think that you would have better people skills. This whole branch is a joke the guy that opened my account never mentioned anything about early pay or being a client for 90 days before I qualify. Do not bank here.

I am visually impaired and I was attempting to obtain a small loan as frequently advertised as interest free if you agree to pay it back in 3 months. The Bank representative that I spoke with acted as if she had never heard of such a thing and said that it must have something to do with the app.when I exclaimed that I was asking her because I am impaired and any app is difficult for me to navigate she offered no alternative. She just didn't say anything. I got up and left disappointed.

This is definitely the best Huntington branch in Indy. If you can go here, do so. The one in Beech Grove? Not even if someone is holding a gun to your head.
