If you are searching for a GREAT STYLIST who also happens to be the best COLORIST I have ever been to in Indy then you MUST call Heather at Hair & Now. Over the 25+ years in that I have lived in Indy I have traveled to every side of the city at one time or the other to have my hair done. I feel so fortunate to FINALLY found this place!

I've gone to Heather for years and never had a complaint. She's excited to change/learn with hair trends and I feel like she keeps me young/modern but still within my comfort zone. I get lots of compliments on my color all the time (right after an appointment and months after). I have Heather keep my eyebrows in shape and color too and I love them each time!For hair paint, cute cut, and ready to go eyebrows, Heather is your girl!She's always fun to talk to of course too.

I can't say enough about Heather's professionalism, knowledge, and talent when it comes to EVERYTHING hair! She suggested long layers last time, and I couldn't be happier. My hair lays beautifully with minimal fuss. That, to me, is the sign of a great haircut. And when it comes to color, i.e., highlights, lowlights, covering my gray, and all the new and trendy techniques, she is tops in my book. She attends classes and seeks out continuing education even though it is no longer required by the Indiana Cosmetology Licensing Board. The salon is warm and inviting and she is the only stylist. I like that. Very personalized and attentive service. You don't have any of the noise and commotion of a large salon. I can be dog-tired when I go in, but come out feeling light and like I look 10 years younger! Very highly recommend!Services: Balayage

Heather really has an attitude problem and when she hears something she doesn't like she just blocks you as she sold an item to my husband without explaining to a man that this wasn't for hair so he bought something I couldn't use and didn't care for me when I told her I was disappointed! I hate to see how she treats clients when she messes their hair up!!! And then has the nerve to say it's their fault ?

Heather is amazing! I have been getting my hair colored by her for a few years now at the recommendation of several others who have been styled by her. Her personality is so warm and welcoming I always feel comfortable when I enter her salon. She is very knowledgeable on her products and recommendations. Her work is fabulous every time!!
