“I worked out at this Anytime Fitness location today. Immediately I liked how it was. They had a few older machines, but I could tell that the location was fairly new.
I like that they had the traditional press, and the standing press machine as well. Apparently a lot of people from Eli Lilly out there.
Karen was awesome. We talked for at least 10 to 15 minutes in between we transitioning muscle groups. She likes to travel, as much as I do.
I like the room, exercise bikes, a complete set of different pull-up bars, which can be used for some CrossFit type of workout. Gentlemen doing squats.
Primarily, back and leg. Real men do leg day several days a week lol.
Speaking of legs, as you can see from the video, I throw up some big weight.
I arrive today around 1 PM. It was mostly filled with older women who might assume were retired.
Each person that I interacted with, was nice and focused on their fitness goals.
This location has a good amount of parking as well. I am also thankful that Karen gave me local information, for Amindi‘s that were within walking distance.
But those that are keeping track, this was my sixth different anytime fitness location during the month of May.”
