This place is a joke. Took my daughter in for a trim. Took less than 15 min to get her hair cut. Left the chair with sopping wet hair! When I asked the stylist to dry her hair, she told me it would be an extra $25... This is not a high end salon! The only reason for 1 star is there was no option for 0 stars.

I take my son here and he loves one of the girls I wish I could remember her name but she’s always talkative and makes him relax during the haircut. She always asks his opinion, if he wants his hair spiked up in a fun way, if wants the hair dryer on his neck (because he hates the hair on his neck and why he doesn’t like haircuts), and if they have any suckers/stickers if he wants one. I really appreciate her especially when I’ve gone to other employees there and they do not show the same customer service experience.

Don't knkw if there ever open no one answers the phone so 1. You can see if open. 2. If your Hair person is in. But yet they can set there eat and chit chat while working on customers and drag there feet ?

Asked for an inch off.... she cut over three inches.. it will grow, but I am not amused. Stylist specifically asked if I like to put my hair up often..I replied yes and my long hair is now too short to put up... and is above my shoulders.. I very clearly stated I wanted it below shoulder length.
