Most of the hairdressers I have had here are genuinely kind women. I’ve had a handful of favorites, who have all come and gone, but my newest favorite is Kayla.
Kayla is a light-hearted and quirky stylist who is a true pleasure to have working on your hair. She made me laugh plenty of times when she worked on my hair and has such a bubbly personality that is to die for. She made it a point to compliment my hair and ask what I do with it - how sweet is that??
All of the stylists here are worth giving a try, too. Any customer will have a pleasurable experience with all of the lovely ladies here.

2 haircuts and neither of them are even. My daughter also left in tears because her stylist said something out of line to her. Never again!

I get just a shampoo every week & a hc every 8 weeks.Yesterday, Dec.6, I arrived about 3:45 had online checkin. When there was just me waiting (green haired girl was doing another hc) the only other stylist, a long haired blond, started doing lots of other things, ignoring me. and then said to green hair "I'm going to clock out & will be back in a little bit". And there I sat waiting & waiting. Blondie just didn't want to do a shampoo. She was very rude! Green hair did a great job when she finally got done with the hc.

Walked in on Veterans Day for free cut, didn't make an appointment so I waited more than 40 minutes--not a problem but then when it was my turn (after getting sat and cut) the other barber told her that I jumped ahead of someone else. She made no conversation and was not friendly. Zero stars for me, expand the Subway for seating--close it down.

First off you can't talk to a human being when you call to schedule an appointment it is a recording that has you schedule online. I scheduled online for my daughter who is 8 years old. She has some sensory issues and is very tender-headed. We got there and there were two stylist and a manager. our wait time was 40 minutes. After we had waited this time frame it was our turn to go, I was told because my daughter had a lot of knots due to her issues they did not do that kind of service to help us detangle. Everyone there seemed very short tempered, overworked and just plain rude. One hair stylist was yelling at a little boy after she got done trimming his hair. Another stylist was talking about a lady who had just left there...very gossipy and saying what's people's problems tonight. Unreal.

Kaitlyn does an awesome job but Jen was rude and kept asking me questions over and over like she had no idea what a layered cut was and left today without a haircut.
