A single female brings entire trunk full of FREE donations and a worker (white guy with a long beard) pushes a cart up and says you can get started loading up and walks away. No help like they always used to do, no offering of assistance whatsoever! I push the cart to the window and wait, no one comes. I have to go inside and grab another cart and push it over to the donation area and fill that too. I wait and wait and no one shows up still! No thank you, no help, no offering of "do you need a receipt for tax purposes"? Nothing at all. You take stuff for free and sell it at overpriced rates sometimes higher than the brand new asking price yet continue to treat customers like dirt. I'll take all my donations elsewhere from now on.

I had long shopped at this location and never experienced problems until today.I went to go buy my son his first suit. The only downside was we could not try on pants as they removed the changing room and this location changed the policy to combat theft.Well, okay, I was a bit irked and prepared to just finish my shopping without the pants but I was told I can return the items that didnt fit after I purchased them.So I trusted that, bought the pants, and my son tried them out in the restroom. After figuring out which pants fit best, I went to return the others (Only two pairs of pants) and was told it will be gift card only.Unacceptable and I said as much. I just wanted the money to go back to my card but was informed that they will not do so.So this Goodwill stole money from me. I wont mince words around it. It may be an insignificant sum, but I was mislead and now they got my money regardless.That isnt how I do business. I have no clue why they think they feel morally okay in such actions, especially when they themselves survive off the good will of others who donate these clothes for free to them.

The workers and management is amazing. Clothing is sorted great by size. Items priced well. Clean store and restrooms. Highly recommend this location

Well organized store. Pretty tidy. Unfortunately no fitting rooms which is a problem for those who need to try on clothes to see if they fit. Some employees are great, others not very professional. Has potential to be a good store

Horrible store, bought my grandson a cd player that was so taped up you could see if it worked. It did not work, tried to take back with original receipt and they wouldn’t do it because the bar code was torn off because of all of their tape. I will be donating all my broken items to themSince that is what they like to sell.

Went to return an item, I did not know that you can only return something with the tag still on the clothing. I had the tag and my receipt. So since I could not get a refund, I told them to keep it because I can’t wear it, so I guess Merry Christmas for your item back for free.
