I’ve had a great experience since switching to first merchants bank. The front staff along with the manager Christine have been amazing. It’s so nice to walk into a bank and they know you by name. Christine is very knowledgeable and will take the time to walk you through any and everything you need help with.

Had to wait 20 mins for my turn I understand being short staffed so I asked them if someone could help me and the way manager said “NO” was extremely rude, wish i could give zero star

The staff at this First Merchants Bank branch is incredibly kind and helpful. They always take care of what you need quickly and get you on your way. I would recommend them for wire transfers and any other banking needs.

I frequent the VIP section of this bank quite often... Actually daily! I'm literally part of the family, I've never met a group of people that are as welcoming as this group. Guest service at its finest. If you don't agree then there's something definitely wrong with you. Hold yourself accountable ? click the 5th star. They deserve it.

Going to the bank isn't always a good time but at this location it always is! I'm horrible with names but everyone deserves to be mentioned by name, the tellers, and bank manager!

I moved around this area a couple months ago and this is the only location that’s close to me. The staff members are so nice and respectful. They get whatever you need to get done quickly. Totally recommend.

I've had a great experience working with Christine Samples! So helpful and knowledgeable and has great follow up. I started working with them for my business bank account and since have opened up a personal account and auto loan. I will say their website is a bit antiquated but very low fees and are very helpful with getting you the reports or information you need. Overall, two thumbs up. Thanks guys!

Pulled after hours to use their ATM for withdrawal via BioLife card.Out of 9 attempts it read my card on just two occasions. Also the terminal ATM looked about 40 years old. Maybe they could invest some money into upgrading their technology by about 30 years.

I do not trust this bank. They took mortgage applications waste times, delay the process and after so many days, they deny. Such practice pays their staffs for work hours regardless of the mortgage loan approved or not. Because of this, they lure people with $8000 down payment assistance fund called HOP but they won't actually result in closing... A bank that I can not put a trust on.
