Store manager (something with a d)Was terrible. She declined my packages for not enough tape on the corners -$10 later declined it after I didn't put it in the way of the walkway. She said the boxes have to be completely taped and secure and then changed it to the box has to be completely closed without gaps or holes(even if the gap or hole is completely taped)And at zero point at all, would She even get the door. She literally just watched me struggle with the door both in and out.*update the fedex office down the road Said it was secure

Store manager Donica Constaen was very rude when I was explaining a situation I had with mailing a document through FedEx. She did not give me all available options to move my package. I went down the road to another FedEx Print shop and told them the same story and they helped me move my package and it was delivered on time with no issues. Poor people skills. Poor management.

Store manager is very rude and did not give me my employee discount. after taking my package she set it on a table instead of doing the service I paid for when I commented on this she was very condescending and and made a big show of it will never ship through fedex again if it was possible -5 stars

The office is closed even though their hours posted online show it should be open. There is a small temporary hours sign on the door, the new hours should be updated so that people know the actual hours.

I’m not sure if this review is going to the correct FedEx location. But what I do know is someone might need some anger management therapy or something of that sort. No offense. I completely understand we all have our breaking points. Trust me I know I have those days too. But yeesh. Good thing this wasn’t something fragile. I was going to give this review a one star rating, however, I am thrilled about how fast my package arrived. I whited out the labels on the package so disregard that.

They don't post that they stop taking overnight packages an hour before they close. Why they can't just have pickup WHEN they close is beyond me.Useless when you're at the wire.

Don't come in here looking for any help. Already know what you want and need. The manager couldn't help me with anything. All her answers resorted to "you can do that on line"...NO I can't, that's why I DROVE here to get help. Customer service is no longer a thing. I will find a small local print shop and get my business needs done elsewhere.All I needed was a QR code printed. The website wouldn't allow me to upload my file. I explained that but she was still no help. Why hire people that don't know their job? I'm the customer, she's the MANAGER.Not a single person in the store but me, and she couldn't help.She was friendly, but doesn't know her job.

Refused to provide any information regarding a shipment that was over a week late, refused to issue a refund for insured price of package (or any refund) to the shipper or recipient, and unprofessional to top it off

Firstly I want to target major brands for choosing Fedex as their distributor/shipment vendor. STOP sending us packages via this worst shipment facility. You all charge us delivery fees just to get hung up when we call, just to get our packages delayed. Even after receiving fantastic ‘-‘ (minus) million stars, such drainage level stars, you companies select Fedex as your distributor. This forces me to (obviously) bent towards Amazon and not so called original websites. On the level of equivalency, you have equated zero respect to customers to selecting Fedex as your parcel distributor. And now to these brilliant, star performing Fedex, which no matter the situations around the world, irrespective of negatives and positives, show zero performances and leaving their customers in total confusion to when they’ll receive their package. If I stay in Indianapolis and order something from Greenwood, why TH my parcel goes to New York!!!!!! They have crossed the bars of stupidity. Im done with this. This makes me thing myself of fool by thinking to travel and purchase things than actually ordering something online.
