My wife and I had a very good experience with Fairway Independent Mortgage. Fairway reacted quickly to our request for pre approval in order to be able to submit an offer on a very time sensitive home. Additionally, the team at Fairway was available to answer our questions on the buying process quickly. Bill is amazing! He got us taken care of extremely quickly. He was always willing to answer all my questions, no matter when I asked. Everything was so smooth with our closing and he even sent a mobile closer knowing our day was going to be extremely hectic. Highly recommend!
