If you are in search of an excellent storage facility, I can honestly say from experience with Fairview Storage that you can be in great hands here. I've tried other facilities in Johnson County and one of them even called me in the middle of the night to inform me they had a break in and my lock was cut off. Talk about unprofessional, they said the police would be in contact with me yet I never heard from them at all. My unit contained my moms estate and is more precious to me than anything! I literally hired movers to get that transferred over to Fairview Storage. It was a nightmare!!! We worked with Tim and he helped make us comfortable and now we feel like our belongings are always safe with the storage facility. He's been very professional and kind to me and my family. We greatly appreciate him and how clean the facility always is no matter what day or time we come through. That alone speaks highly for Fairview Storage. I've witnessed some scary situations at some of the storage facilities, which made me leary of renting with them. Now I can rest assured that my treasured belongings are 100% safe in Tim's hands. I generally don't take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to be able to let the public know that Fairview Place is a safe, dependable, and a great value on top of everything else. So relieved that I finally found a wonderful trustworthy place, and I know a lot of others share the same concerns that I do. I highly recommend you go see Tim and he will take great care of you and your belongings will be safe there. Many times I have seen and spoke to him when we come through as he does several security checks through our each day. He's very kind and always happy to answer any questions, even as he is out making his rounds to ensure the facility is clean and in great shape! Thank you so much for providing such an great service for us! Also thank you Tim for representing your employer and that facility in such a great way!

Friendly staff. Clean an well kept storage facility. Reasonable pricing. I would definitely use them again should the need arise. Definitely would recommend this group and facility for your self storage needs.

Quick and easy to rent a storage unit. Looked at units online, drove to Fairview Place Self Storage. Walked out having rented the unit. Easy access and clean facility. Competative pricing.

Jim was very nice and was able to get me the space that I needed. The place was very neat and clean and I love that I have 24hr access. It's very close to my apartment so I'm able to get there quickly. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Fairview Self Storage units are clean. Employees are great.
This was my grandaughters 10x10 unit.
And the price is high in my opinion.
I have my own 10x20 unit at another facility and I pay $44.00 less per month than Fairview Self Storage charges for a 10x10.

Great facilities, security and location. Jim is fair and easy to work with. Everything I need in a storage unit. I rent several units there and I increase and decrease units as needed.

Iam super pleased with this company and their staff!! I had to leave a previous storage unit due to their continued increase in rates and their Customer service was so terrible, so coming to Fairview self storage has been Amazing,helpful and they actually care!!! They have their own moving rental truck and they offer it at NO charge..like that's a blessing for sure..since I just had to pay for a uhaul cost less than 8months ago! I highly recommend Fairview self storage and wished I would have checked this place out 1st before midguard storage on main Street in greenwood!!! Thanks again for your help Tim, Jim and I believe shonda..sorry if that's spelled wrong dear.

Not bad but they kept raising the rent price to the point it wasn't worth it.
