Not too often you go to a storage facility at 10:00 a.m. and the employee behind the counter is revved and ready to go. Well today that was the case not sure if it's a single K or Kay either way she was a delight to work with.

Getting a unit set up was easy. Staff was friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I was able to set my payment up for automatic withdrawal. When my debit card expired, it was easy to call in and have it all changed. Michael was amazing and walked me through it all without problem, was very knowledgeable and patient.

The facility is very well maintained and climate controlled. You have access to your property 24/7. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. I had the privilege of dealing with Kay. She was extremely helpful ensuring my close out process was smooth. I had my property stored in their facility for nearly 2 years. I highly recommend them and would utilize them again for future storage..
