I will not shop at Express again. I tried to return a suit that I bought my son that he did not end up needing. It had been 44 days so they would not let me return it even though I live an hour from the store and it is difficult for me to get that far frequently due to my job. Also, the same suit was still for sale for regular price in the store. Very disappointed in the Customer Service of this company.

Staff is rude as hell. During checkout, the clerk asked if she could have my phone number. I said no. She asked why and I told her I didn’t have to give her a reason. Then she just shoved the bag at me and turned her head. No one is entitled to my personal information. The 15% off isn’t worth unsolicited calls or texts. The Hot Topic across the hall did the same thing with the same unprofessional attitude.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this store there's always SOMETHING on sale and the clerk lady saved me like 120.00 bucks today by telling about specials and rewards id earned. Really happy with the customer service at the greenwood mall location.

This store is always so clean and organized. The staff also always greets me upon walking in and they are very helpful and friendly. If I had to say one not so good thing about this location, it’s that you can’t exchange and/or return items from the outlet at this store (I guess this is more of a tip). However, I would recommend this location and will return in the future.
