Archie nevins of exp realty was our agent. He lied through his teeth to us. He told us we got a home. He then told us we needed a different loan, then stated we were approved for a conventional loan and we were not approved. Knowing we were not able to secure the loan, he encouraged me to commit multiple felonies by doing repairs to the home without permission from home owner. Archie nevins is a bald faced liar. Do not do business with him.
