About a month ago Braxton was great and helped me get to the other side of town as I misread the website, I recommend them and appreciate the help because he could have said go find an Uber but he went out of his way to help!

Great rental experience here! They helped me get a cheaper option and I ended up not needing to rent as long as I had anticipated so got a refund. Will be a repeat customer here if ever needed again!

I made two reservations so I could have my vehicle fixed and insurance was taking care of a rental. The first week they said I had not made an appointment and they had no vehicles. I made another reservation a week later, and as I was getting ready to drop my vehicle off, I got a text saying no rentals were available. I called the location to confirm there were actually no rentals and was told “Ma’am I can’t just go out back and build you a car.” Now c’mon…this is a rude and ridiculous response. I then asked a couple of question to which I received silence on the other end. Overall-rude, very unhelpful, and immature.

Can a car be sanitized? Can it be sanitized with hair, little pieces of paper, and sticky stuff on floors? Can a car that smells like pipe tobacco be sanitary? Can a car company with these sanitary standards be trusted to do DOT mandated safety inspections?Can a company, whose 1st company core value is about employees, keep customers happy? Can a privately owned large corporation effectively police for ethics, fraudulent charges, and discrimination by employees? Can a company with so many, effectively, participation trophy type degrees from being athletes do anything but push back/bully the customers (rivals)?Can a company that cuts and pastes auto-responses to reviews and complaints and not answer the emails sent to the email address they requested really be trusted with your family's life/livelihood?

Better Served elsewhere!The other day I went to the Enterprise on Melody. When I walked in the two agents weren't talking, just typing on computers. When I walked up I put on my DAV hat and they looked at each other and laughed. I talked to the district manager and now I am on the don't rent list at all rental companies. Cancel culture has to stop, customers pay the bills!

Enterprise consistently delivers fine auto mobiles at a competitive rate. This enterprise went above and beyond. Our trip changed with additional guests and we required a premium suv with short notice. Wendall was at first very empathetic and immediately offered to do whatever he could to accommodate . As the weeks turned to days Wendall provided hope of a Suburban. Wendall then took the initiative to provide routine text updates. I was immediately assured the upgrade would happen. Then the day of we were able to pick between the suburban or expedition max. Wow! We chose expedition max.only because it was already prepped. But suburban and expedition max are equal in my eyes.

I didn't care for the demeanor of the first two associates I interacted with, but the manager filling in at the front desk when I returned our rental was absolutely wonderful and re-established a star in my rating.

Friendly enough staff. Dee was super helpful, Wendell may have been having an off day. Both were very helpful but Wendell just wasn't quite as friendly and personable as the vibrant Dee. But, sometimes business first is good for some people. Definitely recommend these guys if you need a rental.

I have been going to this Enterprise location for over 12 years. From when it was a small office inside the Church Brothers car repair shop, to their few years now stand alone car rental building next door to the Caliber Collision. Always gotten great service through Wendell, and previous managers and staff in the past. Not a whole selection of cars at times like a full fledged Enterprise Rent A Car location as this covers a lot of customers whose car is in the body shop. Though if you make a reservation in advance you should have no problem at all.

Don’t worry about having a reservation because you still won’t be able to get a car. My card got declined once, i was able to get money for the deposit and now i wasn’t able to get a car because their system would have marked it as fraudulent. My wife, mom, or dad couldn’t pay because their name didn’t match on the account. No cash accepted either. Won’t be going back to that location. This is not my first encounter with the location. Last time i waited over 3 hours for a rental.

Wendall, the branch manager, was lacking customer service skills when I went to this location. I had a rental car scheduled for pickup while my car was getting fixed in the shop and I was told a car was not available and I would have to come back tomorrow. Wendall said this in a very blunt manner. I explained that would be a problem due to needing the car for work and taking my child to daycare. Wendall did not seem to care and offered no solutions or ways to fix this problem. He continued to tell me he would not have a vehicle until the following day. My husband ended having to come back with my infant to the branch because of the lack of car for me. I had multiple other customers say they were sorry for me due to witnessing my situation and the unprofessional behavior of the branch manor. I even had a customer explain they dropped their car off early and hopefully I would be able to get it. When my husband arrived we talked to Wendall again. I explained my displeasure of how he did not try to offer any solutions to the problem and how he came off disrespectfully. He apologized for me perceiving him that way and continued to basically say there was nothing he could do. He finally told me had checked for extra cars earlier for a different customer and none were available. When I came to get my rental car this was never explained to me and only came out after I explained my dissatisfaction and wanting to speak with his manager. My husband who has lots of experience in a manger role as well as customer service chimed in explaining that we need to find a solution and none was offered to me. As a woman, it was sad to see how quickly he respected my husbands concerns and feedback more than mine. It was extremely misogynistic in how he talked to me versus my husband. He continued to talk in circles basically saying there was nothing he could do and he appreciated the feedback of how we perceived him. I brought up that it was sad that a customer saw how you treated me and explained they dropped off a car early and hoped I would be able to get it. I asked why I was never offered this option. Wendall continued to make excuses that he had to check that the car was in good condition before renting it out. I said I understand that but would have liked being explained that it was a possible solution and offered it. Finally after waiting at the enterprise for more than an hour with my husband and infant who was hungry and getting tired, I was able to get the rental car. After I made myself very clear to Wendell about how unhappy I was with the experience I had and that I wanted to reach out to his manager, he continually tried to make me feel bad for him and make excuses. It was a Monday so he tried to blame it on that, then it was they were short staffed, etc. All during this time he never truly apologized to me, but instead continued to act as if this was the way I perceived him. Multiple other customers waiting for cars said they felt sorry for me and that he was rude to me. This alone shows the poor management Wendall has at this enterprise location. I would never suggest renting from this location to anyone based off my experience.

Service Great...But I found out that windshield blades were bad conditions and dangerous for my traveling...because was raining in my trip.
