“I had to replace my T-Mobile Internet gateway with a new one because the old one was dropping the connection over the past month or so. They did the replacement quickly and it's been (cross my fingers) working fine so far.”
“Ok so the company itself isn't always deserving of this rating but the service at this particular store in Greenwood today was excellent. James helped me setup a new line on my account using an existing phone. He was friendly and engaging while we completed the paperwork and really patient explaining to me the final price as I misunderstood twice what the new total would be. The only caveat is next time if I need to go to the store I'll make an appointment. Didn't know I could do that and was lucky my wait was only 10 minutes or so.”

At this location I was greeted by 5 associates and asked if I need help within the same amount of time that I spent at the other store. The employees here are helpful and attentive to their customers.”
