I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Greenwood, IN location.
I found exactly what I was looking for and with Heather’s help I left with an additional article that I hadn’t intended to purchase.
I’m very happy with both items.

The size of blaser was not right, my fault for not checking size when given blazer. Returned to exchange blaser...AND they [Heather] was understanding and very helpfu. The exchange was fast amd easy.

Noticed my initial review from ~2017 was deleted. So I'd give zero stars for lack of accountability. Went in and bought a couple shirts at around $30 a piece. Upon the first cold water wash one of the shirts shrunk about two sizes. I tried getting the store to swap the clearly faulty product for the same shirt a couple sizes larger, and was essentially treated like a criminal. For a business built around large people it's the only place that ever intentionally made me feel bad for my size. Started boycotting DXL that day and I haven't looked back. Plenty of haberdasheries in town that will gladly work with someone my size to order quality cloths that fit well, DXL just ain't one of them. Big guys go local instead of a franchise who's owner looks at you like a land whale the whole time.
