Updated transmission software due to jerking and hesitation. Recall said that theyre supposed to fix it if the jerking and hesitation persisist. Took it back to them because it was still jerking and hesitant and Their tech Couldn't spot jerking and hesitating transmission issues. The 2018 tiguan even had a class action lawsuit over it for this. They even said if I rode along with the technician and pointed out the issue they can't do anything because it's not throwing a check engine code. The software update probably just hides the code. Vw is a scam car manufacturer and I would advise anyone to think twice about owning a new one.

My husband & I went with our daughter & her fiancé to look at a car she wanted to trade for. Justin was wonderful to work with as well as Ron, the manager. They helped way beyond our expectations! They ended up helping our daughter get into a brand new car for the price of the used one we'd gone to look at. They made a repeat customer out of us!

While I love my VW atlas this service was bad. We decided not to let them change our air filter since it was pretty pricey. Well we go to immediately do it once it came in but as we go to change it they LEFT IT UNBOLTED AND WE FOUND IT LIKE THIS!! Do better technicians at VW Dreyer and Reinbold!!!!!!!!

Parts department is unorganized. Called on a Thursday and talked to an employee he said he could have a part I needed for a customer on Tuesday most placed said Thursday of the following week. Placed the order called near closing time on Tuesday they never placed the order. When asking how they can resolve the issue they said we can have it Thursday. That’s not when I was told the part would be available. Take for granted I have a wholesale account as I am a repair facility and they gave me the run around and are not willing to back up or assist with their own mistake.

Very disappointed in the service and the care we received. We dropped it off for an oil change, tire rotation, wipers and a known issue with the steering wheel. Our vehicle is barely a year old and my mother in law has the exact same car. They fixed hers and she had no issues. They kept mine for 7 days, and all they ended up doing was oil change, tire rotation and a software update. The software update fixed nothing as we are still having the same issues that they “did not find.” When asked about the wipers, they said we denied those to be fixed (we did not) and when I asked about a price it was astronomical compared to what my mother in law had just paid a couple months prior. The phone service is a third party answering service so it’s extremely difficult to get in touch with someone onsite. After explaining everything, VW called back and asked us to explain it all again in an email. We also paid the same price for the car as my mother in law paid for hers and she has features we do not have. It’s unfortunate and we are looking for a new vehicle elsewhere.
