Dreyer & Reinbold BMW South has consistently provided the best service experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer. Joey and Liz in the service department are outstanding and a great representation of the brand and dealership. I can’t recommend this dealership enough.

So just just purchased my first BMW. It’s n X4 M40i. Tom listened to what I wanted. He didn’t pressure me into anything. He kept me update and touched base (but not too much). Highly recommend!!

This could quite possibly been the worst service experience I’ve encountered in recent years. My wife had a flat tire en route to Chicago yesterday. She called for BMW roadside assistance because the X7 doesn’t have a spare tire (be warned). After countless attempts to reach roadside service, we resorted to calling Dreyer in Greenwood for a recommendation. They actually provided a decent thought to call the dealer in Lafayette. However that dealer and Dreyer must have shared notes in customer service 101. We were told that they could assist us and certainly didn’t provide loaner cars. So I did give Dreyer one more chance to at the least get BMW roadside service to respond. Instead, Dreyer suggested that I have the car towed to them from Rensselaer! But first, she needed to know what size the tire was. I told her that the car was sitting in northern Indiana and that they would have that information in their service records. They have serviced the car since we purchased it there 3 years ago. Unbelievable. I told them to not worry about it, and that I would take care of things independently. We will also be trading the vehicle in this week, and we will NEVER buy another BMW.
I was able to have the car towed by an independent tire shop and tow company out of Rensselaer who I have never done business with. They were happy to help in a very efficient and friendly manner. This all transpired at approximately 3 pm on a Tuesday. BMW roadside assistance contacted me at 8:15 (over 5 hours later!) to find out where the car was because their tow truck was responding.
Take note before doing business with any BMW dealer - I will never own another one.

Best customer service I have EVER experienced!! I bought my first BMW from D & R of Greenwood in January after being a prior Mercedes owner. The service advisor, Joey, provided up to date texts on the status of my vehicle and a video of their inspection during the process of regularly scheduled oil change/inspection. A driver picked up my vehicle at my home and brought it back within a few hours sparkling clean from their carwash. Highly recommend anyone that is contemplating buying a vehicle in the future to visit Dreyer & Reinbold of Greenwood!
