I picked up my sisters dog on Sunday after being boarded for 5 days. My sister requested he be bathed, which they argued with her about, then agreed to (after giving her grief about him needing to be shaved with the next grooming appointment there if they bathe him, which she said was fine). I picked him up on Sunday expecting a clean dog, and they had refused to bath him. He smelled absolutely wretched in my car and had p*** stuck to his fur when we got home. So, he got a bath when he got home, and she is going to find a new place to have him groomed and boarded in the future. Very poor service and really disappointing. I was going to board our dog there this next month, but I won’t take my dog somewhere that treats there customers this way.

I have been taking my American Shepherd dog here for over 2 years. They are so kind and affordable. The best thing I can say.. is my dog always wants to go there and once we get there.. can't wait to go in. They really are great at loving on my dog and treating her like their own. Their pricing is just about the best out there for dog boarding and doggie daycare. You can tell the people that work there, love to be around dogs and interact with my dog during the day. Love the window that allows me to see my dog in action playing with the other dogs. Also love that they are careful and make sure that small dogs are not just dumped in with larger dogs that might not know their strength when playing. I have also had my sweet dog groomed at Dogtropolis and she always comes home looking so awesome. They listen to what you ask for and recommend if you have a certain breed that should not be cut as much due to their fur texture. They do have a small outdoor area for dogs to be able to go out and "potty".. that would be the only SMALL downfall.. that it would be nice to have an outdoor area for them to play in when weather permits. That is the ONLY downfall and that is such a small thing compared to the love and care that they give to the dogs.

I recently switched from another daycare/boarding facility due to a few bad experiences there. So my pups and I were very nervous going to a new place. But we were pleasantly surprised, this place is fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and nice! We were first greeted by Diamond and she was fabulous! my dogs and I loved her. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, she was so sweet and she treated my dogs like her own! We definitely found our new daycare/Boarding !

This is a great place for doggy daycare and boarding. My dog goes to daycare every week and is always excited to go. Always have a great experience with boarding him while on vacation as well.

My dog Banjo is a bullmastiff. He has gotten to stay here a few times in 2019. His most recent visit was during Christmas. I knew he was having fun but was bummed I couldn't see him. I remembered they told us at drop off to just IM through Facebook to check up on him. So I sent a message and within 5 minutes got a response! Shortly after I had pics to see him playing with the other doggies. So cool! I was impressed with the response time as I texted later in the day. And was happy to see he was doing well. They are super friendly here and have been good with my dog.
