I've ordered from this company many times. Always been pretty pleased with their products. Thankfully, I ordered with a 30% discount this time. Gave 3 stars because the prices have skyrocketed over the last several years. I just don't believe their costs have gotten so high to justify their current prices.

Pleated water filters did not filter water. Used 3 from the pack then went back to Lowes. Lowes filter worked fine. Absolute garbage.

This is a great company, I've used them for years for filters, they are way cheaper than Lowes, Home Depot or anywhere else I've checked. They have fantastic service and shipping is free. This is a great place to buy any filters you need. We've purchased refrigerator filters for myself and other family members as well as pool filters. The price can't be beat and the quality is amazing. Have not had any trouble the services great and the shipping is ASAP you get a date and it arrives. You can't go wrong for the money or the service.

I made a uneducated order from this company and caused the four filters I ordered to not be returnable, it was totally my ignorance and nothing on them.Johanna in customer service went above and beyond to not only help take some of the sting out of my mistake, but to correct it at their expense.To me it proved that she and this company are customer committed to providing excellent service. Most friendly customer service, I had the opportunity to discuss my requirements via their chat link, not only did they provide instant detailed response to my questions, the Rep provided a 'link' to each product we were discussing. Giant selection of filters! Got just what I needed and quickly. Price was ok but not really much of a discount. Being able to speak to a knowledgeable person made it a successful purchase and I would buy again from them!
