i’d give ZERO stars if i could. my item was delivered completely damaged. delivery driver saw it. now it is totally on me to file a claim, reorder and pay for my new item while waiting for them to approve a claim. complete BS. i shouldn’t have to do a thing since they broke my item. do not use- go through amazon. if they mess up, it’s on them.

So far so good going on 2 years. I personally only have minimal complaints. I most of the time love my job! My manager is better than yours!! Tyler manages Veryyyy well!

Had a good experience with Dayton Freight and a great driver named Mike Williams. Mr. Williams took excellent notes to make sure that a delivery issue did not repeat itself after he found that our location did not have a dock. He made sure that the next driver would have a liftgate. His attention to detail is appreciated.

Do not start working here!!! When my husband started we. We thought this job was gonna change our life and it did for a short time. As soon as you hit your max pay they fire you, The week my husband got fired 5 other people got fired. Now there's only 3 people in that whole facility that have worked there for 6 months! And i'm sure they'll be fired soon they Can't lose money paying employees a decent wage.. They hired in thirty new people and Fire anyone and everyone that has been there longer than six months. Guys that work there for 10 years 8 years 6 years all fired, they only keep new hires don't even waste your time here!!!

The amount of missed pickups and losing entire loads and semis, really has me questioning how they manage to stay in business. Drivers are not told business hours so they come by when ever, dispatch can never reach any drivers to find out where they are. Avoid shipping LTL with them if possible

I’m not the one to complain but this place was unprofessional! I’ve had two sets of mud flaps broken off and the freight looked like it was stacked by 6 year olds. I think someone needs to evaluate some people running that place!!!
