I would recommend not wasting your time here. I went last week to try on some wedding dresses and found one that I really loved. However, it was too small and would not zip. No one helped me get it on or held it together so I could get a look at myself in it. My best friend and I literally had to hold the dress on me while my entire back was exposed to the store. I wanted sleeves added to the dress if I were to purchase it and the alterations department went on and on about how much work it would be for them. They also kept trying to do what they wanted with the dress and did not listen to what I wanted, even when I showed them pictures. My entire party that was with me had to also explain what I wanted before the alterations department finally listened. I was nearly in tears because I really did love the dress, but I was made to feel like an inconvenience. And even if I did get the alterations done, I would have to go find all the materials myself. It was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Do not waste this important day of your life at David’s Bridal. I would HIGHLY recommend going just 10 mins away to Sophia’s Bridal. I was actually helped, clipped up, and found my dream dress. They made me feel like a true princess and were so kind to me. Sophia’s dresses are much nicer as well ?

I had an amazing experience picking out my dress last weekend. I was a walk in, and luckily Jessica was able to help me find my dress. She helped me get into it, suggested accessories, and made the experience very fun. Angie took measurements for alterations on the spot and advised me the best way to go about alterations. She was very knowledgeable. Alex helped me check out to make sure that I was getting charged the right amount. These beautiful ladies made my dress experience so wonderful.

Jessica was wonderful! This was my first visit before my own the end of June to make my final decision. She made me feel beautiful, and made recommendations that I never would have considered! I was able to narrow it down, and she helped me keep it a surprise for my party!
