This pharmacy is terrible. I feel bad because the people that are there are nice. But like, that’s when they’re THERE. This pharmacy is always closed outside of posted business hours. Or closed early. Or the drive through is closed. It’s so frustrating. It’s a gamble if I pull up and it’s open or not.
I’m absolutely sure the rest of the store staff gets abuse from this. Their sign on the door said the pharmacy was closed and to “not yell at staff because it’s not their fault.” I worked retail, I am very sure they’re dealing with a lot.
Everyone else is nice. But this pharmacy is awful. Definitely don’t waste your time unless you want to play the “is the pharmacy open or not” lottery.

If there was a no star option, I would choose that.
Yesterday was the second time that I needed immediate services for an acute infection and was there in posted hours with no pharmacy staff on post. The incredible inconvenience of this has lead me to realize I have to remove this location as my preferred answer drive further away from my house because THAT is less convenient than getting a text that my meds are ready, then showing up to find pharmacy closed at 2:30pm in the afternoon.
I think someone at CVS corporate should be made aware of this.
Having said that. Both times I’ve had to have my scripts sent to the CVS at 31 and Smith Valley and those folks are rockstars and the most pleasant people on the planet.
This is location is an absolute failure and I’m sure the associates at the front of the store take untold abuse from people who need immediate help for an acute illness.
I know I was not my best self when I when in and I am a self aware and empathetic individual.
CVS CORPORATE! Please take note.

Incredible lack of customer service awareness for the pharmacy team.
I am sitting in the drive through at 5:40pm. The final car in front of me drives off and I pull up to the drive through window to see them immediately shut the window down. The time is 6:01pm….
In what world is it appropriate to turn away a customer who has already been in line? Especially when it comes to providing medicine to people…
I immediately storm into the store and approach the pharmacy, express my frustration and am just met with “well we close at 6pm.”
Glad they got me me prescriptions, but holy smokes…

CVS Corporate, please figure out your staffing and store strategy. The people working this pharmacy appear to be doing their best: they are individually kind and helpful. They do not seem to be set up for success, though. This location is perpetually understaffed. Lines are long, the pharmacy is occasionally closed during posted business hours. There are three other locations nearby (inside Target, at County Line, on 31). I hear that the Target location also has staffing problems. The locations seem to carry different medications, so customers are stuck going to the one that has what they need.
Close a location and consolidate? Pay your people more? If this was a ‘free market’, people might take their business elsewhere, but a lot of health plans (including mine) only cover prescriptions through CVS Caremark, and then some of your customers are limited by what locations have the meds they need. Your customers are perpetually stressed about whether they can get what they need for themselves and their families. They are not universally kind and patient, either, which places a heavy burden on what little staff is on hand at the pharmacy. It should not be a surprise if they leave for better jobs elsewhere.

Probably the worse CVS Pharmacy I've been to. Constantly understaffed, closed during operating hours, shutdowns before closing time, everyone is extremely unprofessional. I really don't understand why this place is so bad. I believe it would be better off closed than to continue operating under these conditions. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE.

Pharmacy hours have changed to 9am-6pm, the drive thru is closed, and the line inside is backed up. Will be switching stores.

Go out of your way to AVOID this location, unless:
1) you have HOURS of your life to waste waiting for someone to answer the phone (which probably won’t happen)
2) you throughly enjoy watching angry, impatient people raise hell for being forced to wait inside for over an hour to eventually be told that your script is not ready or not available
3) you want someone you don’t like to waste hours of their life waiting in line in hopes of speaking with someone who’s probably going to be less than helpful
It’s laughable how bad and mismanaged this location is relative to others. Please note, a one-star rating is a DRASTIC overstatement of performance and competency (unfortunately, 0 stars was not an option)

(for pharmacy) not even worth one star. my biggest issue is constantly waiting on the phone to talk to a pharmacists. the app is absolute trash to use so i have to call a pharmacists to see when my orders will be available. they are always out of stock of one of my medication. customer service is not very good there. at one time they had only one person in there doing drive thru and in store for the pharmacy. thinking about switching a another store or pharmacy. demand is too high and they cannot keep up.(minute clinic) there are rarely any available appointments. you cannot be a walk in as they do not except those. wait times are longer. at least most of the staff in the clinic are kind.

It's a solid CVS, but I couldn't believe they would let these young kids shop around in the condom section.

Pharmacy is completely closed today.I'm the only car in the parking lot.I went to pick up pictures and they didn't have my order. They wouldn't even look up my order # or email address and I had my confirmation email.Parking lot is hard to access at this traffic signal.I'll stick with Walgreens.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They are extremely short staffed, and can barley operate. Corporate needs to figure it out.
