I broke my clavicle after my normal pharmacy was closed so the doctor sent my pain medication to this CVS at 6pm. I went in at 8pm and was told my pain medication wouldn't be ready til 9pm. I'm sorry but anyc other CVS would fill it right then while you waited. They didn't even offer that. The only reason i went to this CVS was because i was in severe pain and would not be able to wait until the next day. I'm very disappointed.

IDK why this place has low reviews. Everyone is very kind and today a technician name Haley found a way to save me 30$ on my RX which is for incredibly helpful in this economy. Great experience all around. Haley deserves a raise.

I literally only have three prescriptions that go to this pharmacy and they take forever for them to fill I have to literally go up there and stand in the line for an hour just to tell them to fill my prescriptions and I’m not the only one complaining about this subject because I actually have to go up there today, the medicine should be ready and it’s not

Waited in line for 30 minutes then to finally get to the window and they’ve shut down for a lunch break. Why does everyone take a lunch at the same time? I’ve worked retail before it’s not that hard to stagger lunch breaks. They need to hire people or figure some other system out.

The pharmacy dropped pill all over the floor. They picked them up with their bare hands and put them back on the counter!!!!! The floor was so dirty in the entire store! Looked like they had not cleaned for weeks!!

Very unprofessional set and drive through for 30 minutes. Then they made me come inside. Stood in line for another 20 only to be told. I had to go to drop off and wait again to do paperwork.

For the second time, now 3 months apart, I've been told my prescription isn't ready, after requesting a refill online 5 hours prior, I was met with a shrug and a sorry sometimes our system just doesn't communicate with the online refill requests and told it would be ready in 30 minutes if I wanted to wait.
As I am waiting I've heard at least 2 more people get the same excuse for their refills not being ready.

AVOID having prescriptions filled here. It will not be done in a timely manner EVER. Prescriptions are never filled on time. If you ask questions about how they manage their pharmacy, you will be met with a rude tone and long silence before answering the question. Kroger at Claybrooke Commons is INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend them.

This pharmacy is the slowest in town! Never answers their phone!! I’ve literally been on hold for one hour and 15mins. It’s ridiculous! Inside is faster than drive thru, but still slow as heck!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! Every time I’ve called to speak to pharmacy it’s been at least 45mins! They must be ignoring their phone I’m going to report this to someone. I do have the time! I’ve worked in the medical field for 17yrs id never not answer the phone! Multi-task. ?️ NEVER GO HERE or Kroger pharmacy on Independence off Worthsville and US 31 slow and rude don’t care! I’m driving up there! I need a certain medication and hospitals don’t carry it. Ridiculous!
