Will not return emails or phone calls. I've used this company for 10+ years, and can't get Bob to communicate or file my taxes. Keep calling and emailing just to get the run around. I have a 2pm appointment tomorrow to get my taxes done with another accountant.

Navigating the murky waters of filing your taxes and making sure you're filing correctly while maximizing credits/deductions available is confusing and scary at times. Jeremy over at CBTS made everything very simple and affordable. Clearly laid out all forms and information I had to submit and filed very promptly.
