Corporate greed at its finest! They raised their prices on all washes a couple years ago by $2 and I noticed that today 7/27/24 they have raised all again by another $2.
Crew Carwash, question... Did you increase what you pay your employees or is the price increase simply to increase profits
I was a loyal customer but I won't be back and you don't care because you know that there are not many people like me. I would be willing to bet that 2 years from today you will have rolled out another increase and it may even be $3?

Came in half way throughout the day and bought the unlimited ultimate package. Didn't have my car on me at the time and went back to get my stickers. Crew was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Tried to cancel days prior to the monthly charge. Charge was pending at the bank. Crew says they can’t refund charges once they are run “on their side”. Said no way to get the $39.99 back so just use it for the month.
Told him I am a Private Client Banker and it is still pending at the bank so there is a way. Simply dispute the charge after posting in a day.
The most unprofessional conduct…hoping clients will just roll Over and allow charges to stick even when told to cancel before the charges are posted.
That must be how they pad the bottom line.

I wish when I go there that they make sure their vacuum is working properly. 3rd time I go to this location AT 7:20AM when not busy, their hoses are CLOGGED!! 3RD TIME !! you'd expect to have empty clean and unclogged hoses are working. I did not say anything before thinking just a human error, we all make mistakes, forget, ect... but this is employees not doing their job. Supposed to be ready and fast. Heading to work and want to clean and go. PLEASE MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT AND CHECK YOUR VACUUMS....The vacuum was so clogged it wouldn't even vacuum the smallest bit of dirt!! I pay monthly for the Ultimate premium service to expect everything, not just part of it!

I have been coming to get my car washed by this chain for many years even back when it was Mike’s Carwash. The price is reasonable. The car wash does a great job. The attendants are very courteous and helpful. There are even vacuum stations available to complete the cleaning job where you can use your credit card instead of having to keep feeding in the quarters!
Give a car a good cleaning up. Enjoy the pretty colored soap. And let your self relax for a few minutes as you go through.
Tip… Buy washes by the book instead of individually since they are cheaper this way. I find that when I have the washes prepaid, I am more likely to get it done more regularly.
