They’re so rude and mean, I always buy stuff here, they got mad cause I returned something at the same moment and they told me don’t come back here! this people don’t should treat the costumer like that. They’re abusive.

Will NEVER be back to this store.... walked in and looked at a few things. I opened a box to see what type of batteries it took since it didn't say on the outside. Noticed the worker staring at me and I said sorry wanted to see what type of batteries it took. She said, you could've asked, you can't open the packaging, I said ok I'm sorry... she made a big fuss and I handed it to her. She than began slamming stuff on her desk and cussing under her breath. I said I'm sorry again, and she said, "That's why u don't open the packaging!" I said ok, again I'm sorry. We were almost set on a purchase and my fiance said nope, we aren't gonna be in here and buy anything from someone who is soo hostile. I agreed and we went to walk out. She said, "Don't ever come back, you are both banned from the store." I said, "Wow. Ok. Trust me we won't!" She said good, my fiance said, "I'm sorry you are having such a bad day, have a good night." She said, "yeah you have a good night too b!+$h." I said back, "f×@$ You too.... She said, "F@#$ you too C&@+." I said wow, real professional. As we were closing the door she said to my fiance, "Kill yourself". I usually don't post any profanity, or anything close to it... unfortunately this was our experience. As we walked out and got back into our vehicle, we saw her walk up front and stare into the parking lot as she locked the door. I don't know why she was soo on edge, but SUPER unprofessional and by far the worst experience I've ever had at any of these locations. I hope she changes her ways, smh.

Terrible service and attitudes at this store. Defective merchandise that doesn't operate as advertised on the product packaging. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. Rude employees obviously not well-trained in customer service.

Just went in to buy some boots and the dark haired lady at the register was rude from the first word spoken, had an attitude when I asked the price of the only thigh high boot in the store, and then slammed around the desk because when she said “look at the bottom for the number of item” I didn’t know she meant the bottom of the shoe, came around and slammed the boot down too. Horrible customer service. I just walked out right then and there. Why would I spend a single dollar there with that sort of attitude. Wont be coming back.

This is a good place to go for cheaper items to get you introduced to some things you're wanting to try out. It was fun to go here when I was freshly 18 and grab the mystery bags however they don't have many higher end items. A decent sized selection of items but a ton of clothing options. The best place to go for shoes locally from what I have seen. There have been some very nice people there, over the years there hasn't been judgement or harassment like at Lovers lane. However you can't always get recommendations rather than high commission sales it seems. Definitely the best place to go for small items or for newer people!

Small store but alot of great products. The workers are always friendly and willing to help you with whatever you're looking for. Prices are a little steep on some items but most adult items are. Been going there for years. Good people, good place. good dvd selection too as well as toys and couples items.

I love the staff here.The guy in the red truck who waits next door has followed me in here 2 times now. I'm not sure why unless our vehicle is causing him to follow us. But 2 times he followed us in and doesn't buy anything waits and goes back out to his red truck in front of the massage place.
