I will definitely go to another location and drive someone where else. Made appointments here 3 different times and days each time we came before our time a few minutes and each time we waiting 30 minutes. What is the point making an appointment I understand few minutes but stop making appointments back to back if you know you running behind each time. We came one time we had a 12 pm banker says you don’t have an appointment booked and good thing we took took a picture of it and had it to show them. Definitely take my business to another branch.

Customer service is very bad i had appointment with banker Tania Moore she made me wait for 10 min for no reason and he behavior was not welcoming at all need improvement on customer service

i opened an account on line which is good.i then went into branch and the teller was cold as cold could be. i ask question i needed answers for abs she gave me the impression i was wasting her precious time.then i ask about the drive up hours and that was when i found out they closed it down a few years ago.i will not be going to this branch because of the reception i got and no drive up teller.I’m thinking about closing my account .i’m going to the Branch on 135 because of the drive in .At least that’s what there advertising says.

Went in to ask a question and was helped by Tim who was nothing but rude. He could have been a lot more helpful and a lot more friendly but was just overly rude.
