I was duly impressed with the service that Ryan and Andy showed while I was in yesterday for brake pads and rotors. I was kept informed and shown on PAPER, in black and white, the proposed costs before work started, making sure that I wanted the necessary work performed.
I appreciated that they respected me as a person, took the time to keep me informed about what to expect.
No surprises here, well, OTHER than RYAN and ANDY were very PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.
My sincere thanks to RYAN and ANDY!
I know where I’ll be taking my vehicle from now on.

I ended up at Carx by accident this morning! I thought I had an appointment but had called another location. The staff was super helpful & squeezed me in! They took extra care with my SUV & sent me on my way. All that was needed was a reset on the check engine notification!! ????

We were having some "undiagnosed" problems with our Dodge Truck. A local shop was ready to charge us over $100.00 to fix what they "thought" might be the problem. Driving in search of other suggestions we came across Ryan, the manager of Car X in Greenwood. Ryan has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to service our truck. He has been not only very knowledgeable but honest as well. We will never go anywhere else for service. This kind of service is rare these days. If you're looking for a honest and reliable place for your auto needs we cannot recommend Ryan at Car X enough.

We've had a great experience at Car-X for years with a variety of fixes on multiple different vehicles. Most recently they've been my go-to for tires and fixing flats. The team is friendly, reliable and trustworthy in being up front about the repairs needed and costs. I'm usually able to get in and out the same day for diagnostic and repairs.

Absolutely terrible experience, 505 dollars for a new alternator, business must really be slow at this location. Just go elsewhere
