“Easy in and easy out. Everything runs pretty smoothly if you have a reservation. However, when I initially picked up the car last week, I was given a car with a temporary plate that expired in 2 days and I was going to be gone for a week, and there were previous renters trash under the seats. I didn't find either of these issues until I got home. So, after calling and being on hold for over 30 minutes, I hung up and took it back. They gave me another vehicle without any problems.”
“I had a fantastic experience with the location on US31. An idiot ran a red light and hit my car. I was not happy about it but the service person at Budget immediately got me in a vehicle and on my way.”
