We just visited for 3 birthdays we have in February. They were offered birthday stickers. The “special birthday heart ceremony” was lacking in any kind of excitement and you could hardly hear or even understand the person. There was also no “birthday heart” any different than the usual hearts they have. No party hat, or cake photo prop. It really wasn’t all that special. When I’m paying build a bear prices I want the fun build a bear experience. Otherwise I could go buy stuffed animals and clothes for a fraction of the price somewhere else.

The employees of this store were kinda rude like they hated their jobs. Seemed like they hated helping people. I wasn’t being rude or anything. Kinda put a buzz kill on the whole experience but I’m still happy with the product I picked out. I also did not receive a birth certificate or option to make one. The price was also double what it was online and they wouldn’t adjust it. Next time I’ll just order online and skip this store entirely.

Wonderful atmosphere today. Alex was our helper today. We have a 3 yr old. Getting his birthday bear! She was so helpful. And we had a nice time.

Words cannot describe how much fun we had here it was definitely an experience to remember cannot wait to go back. The experience my granddaughter had was worth every penny. One happy little girl ❤️

Always very friendly making a fun experience for the kids. If you have never taken a child to build-a-bear I recommend doing it atleast once. It is a bit expensive but a fun experience nonetheless.

Went to Build-A-Bear for a cute Galentine's day date. Went around 2pm on a Sunday and there was only a light crowd. The employees were super nice and helpful. The bears/stuffed animals range in price so depending on your budget, they have a lot of options. I was trying to go light on the spending so found a bear that was only $20 and then got a fun Harry Potter Scarf that was only $8! It's easy to go all out and spend a lot but it's also easy stay within your budget if needed! Haven't done this since I was super little so it was definitely fun and worth it for my friend and I.
