They are smoking in the building. The smell was horrible when we went in. Our vehicle was horrible and smelled like stale cigarettes when we got in it the next morning to leave! It was so bad it caused a allergic reaction.

I rented from the Budget at 31 and Fry. Picked it up Wednesday. The person I dealt with was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I called and talked to the owner Saturday. She said the girl was a temp and she would not be invited back. Well she was there today when I went back to return the car. Would not have thought it was possible but she was even more rude today. I’m trying to talk with her about the car and she literally turned around and went into a room and closed the door

Worst experience I have had as a customer in my life! Melissa is quite honestly the rudest, most hateful, condescending woman I’ve ever met. She does not need to be in customer service.

I had the worst car rental experience of my life at the Greenwood location. Melissa was rude to me from the moment I walked in. She tossed my credit card and ID back across the counter at me, tossed the receipt at me, shut the office door in my face, the car was caked with mud all over, she refused to explain the charges on my receipt to me, lied about the mileage on the vehicle (I have images with time stamp of the mileage when I started the car), and treated me like I was the worst person she had ever interacted with. I was in such a good mood when I walked in there, and I left very upset. I returned the car back to them within 45 minutes and took my business elsewhere. I called corporate and they filed a complaint against her as well.

The Front Desk lady was extremely rude. I will never rent from Budget Again. They really need to step their Customer Service game up if they expect to retain customers.

Horrible experience lady was super rude then walked out without getting the car because the lady was so rude. I didn't sign any papers or anything and I get home and check my bank account and there was a hold for almost 300 that they won't release. Called and they told me that they would release it. And still hasn't been released

Worst car dealership I've had to deal with. Melissa was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful as well as once she told me she couldn't do anything to help me she walked out of the room and shut the office door.

Horrible experience all around. Very rude staff. Overcharged. Car wasn't even cleaned outside and reeked of smoke. Do yourself a favor, go to enterprise. In the end it will cost the same and the staff is wonderful at enterprise and the cars are clean.
