Building trust... When entering into a business relationship, when the other party is timely with simple things like returning calls or following through on checking on something and getting back with me, they are building my trust. It's been easy to contact him. For me in today's world, this is rare. Brent is my State Farm agent for my new used houseboat. The rate is competitive with a few other insurance companies I'd checked with. I was originally told that a marine survey might not be necessary, but it turned out that it was needed. I hope to keep my boat insured with Brent.

I dropped in one day to get a quote. Brent was able to help me right away. I made the switch and am now paying only 25% of what I was paying at Liberty Mutual for the same, if not better coverage on my auto and home policies. Brent was super responsive and easy to work with. He made sure my bank had all the home insurance information they needed to ensure things were settled by our closing date, and he helped me to bundle my car and home insurance to get the best deal possible. Would love to work with Brent again!
