Every time I have come in or went to the drive thru, I have had nothing but nice service. When my teenage son opened his first account, the employee was thorough and took his time. I enjoy going there and recommend it to others.

I am a business owner and have dealt it with almost every bank. This particular branch is popular for being rude to their customers and not providing services the way it’s suppose to be. Workers are totally unprofessional, when you visit the bank, it’s gives a feeling like you would feel weird. In my opinion this particular branch is not good at all. Please don’t spend time and put your money at this branch. Almost all people are unhappy with workers here.

Pathetic Bank with pathetic services. I would not recommend anybody to keep your money there. They literally harassed son many people. Unbelievable.

This guy Jeremy who works there, he's awesome. I'm a local entrepreneur and I hope to one day have people like Jeremy working for me. He is sharp and quick and just on top of his game. This guy is Management material, probably end up running the entire M&I Bank enterprise one day. Or maybe he'll win a Nobel Prize for the Time Travel Cancer Curing World Peace Generator that he's secretly been tinkering away with when not being the best darn banker in Indiana. There's another local M&I bank branch and those people are not near as on top of it as Jeremy is. That just proves that its not M&I's quality hiring process that is the shining point of this story. Neigh, the star of this remains Jeremy. The King of All Bankers. Hail, Jeremy. Our King. So Yeah I'd say I'm pretty satisfied, generally speaking, with this branch.
