Opened my account here and a nice lady helped me. I had an appointment for my credit card today and another lady named Marissa was supposed to help me but she did absolutely nothing. She made me do it in the app, then after I couldn't do it she just said "well is there anything else I can help you with today?" Yeah I wonder if she could actually do anything because she was just an NPC. Absolutely useless

I went to this location to deposit a check. The teller treated me like I was a criminal. He looked at the amount of the check and said he had never see a check like that. He gave me my bank card back and said he had to show the check to someone before he could deposit it. He finally came back and stood there looking at the check & tried to take the edges off the check saying it was not preforated & kept saying the check has alot going on. I was waiting too long for him to just deposit the check before he said his tablet could not capture the picture of the check, he never tried to take a picture of the check. He just kept figiting around and acting real strange. He finally lead me around the corner to a woman sitting that deposited the check with no problem. She told me a portion of the check would be on hold & the funds would be available the next day. She said have a nice day & gave me my receipt. The following day the whole check was on hold for 10 days. I am very disappointed at how I was treated & I am wondering why the deposit hold was changed? Now I want to do my banking somewhere else.

I like this branch, Satin Kaur always helped us, very friendly and the manager was also very friendly, always smiling.

Our business account (multi million) was closed without any explanation. I went to the bank and no time to talk to the business solutions banker but received a phone call and was told \\\"it was a business decision and we can't do anything about it\\\"). No apologies, no wanting to help just really rude!!! (Sorry don't want to say names but Audrey you need to be more professional or get out). Ended the call with \\\"hope you have a better day''. Hey Chase bank here we come!!!! Maybe it's because the owner of the company is a Christian! Think about it!

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever done business with. Do not trust them, do not depend on them, do not invest with them. They closed my business account that has always been in a very healthy credit situation with no explanation or reason, and at extremely short notice. What this bank don't realise or understand is that they are simply another supplier and that is all they are to me. I am not indebted to them in any way shape or form. That doesnt take away from the disruption this has caused our company. Just another indication of corporate America trying to throw their weight around. I will definitely think twice about ever taking on anyone called Audrey....

Well, I thought about opening a new account here, but since I had to call several times, and no one answers, I doubt I'll be doing that. ?? How hard is it to multi-task these days. I can answer a phone and take care of people on the inside.

Stopped by to cash a check, the receptionist told me the only person who could cash checks was at lunch and wouldn’t be back for half an hour. She told me I would need to go to the Fishers location where there are tellers if I wanted it cashed right away. It legitimately felt like a joke. This was after stopping at 2 other ATM only locations which wasn’t specified online. So glad this isn’t who I bank through regularly.

I was glad to finally find a bank of america (Keystone Crossing River Rd.) that had some people in it (took a couple of days) in Indianapolis, In. I am not a member of the bank but had a check to cash that was written on bank of america. In the bank I was directed to a person sitting what appeared to be a cage or vault. He told me that bank of america charges $8 dollars to cash a check without an account. What! Or sometime the company that wrote the check will pay. The man said I could open account. No way, dealt with this bank back in the early 2000s, and more than one time (3 times to be exact) they were putting money from my account into someone else's. The man was doing whatever on the computer, so I ask is this company going to pay the $8 dollars, that little boy told me to be patient. That's the response I get for asking a question. My negitive opinion of bank of america has not changed.

My complaint is not with the people that work at this location. My complaint is about your business model. There’s only ever one person working as a teller and if they’re busy, or on the phone I’m told to come back with a deposit later? They have a greeter at the door that can’t take a deposit? What is the point of a greeter?… Every bank I’ve dealt with for business accounts for the past 20 years has a few tellers, you wait your turn and get out of there in 5 min… I’ve waited 30 minutes at this bank just to deposit a simple cash deposit. The people working there are perfectly pleasant but I do not understand how your business model helps your customers in any way shape or form. I will be recommending to corporate that we switch back to Chase bank immediately.

I went into Bank of America on a Friday afternoon and there were 8 people in the lobby. One person was sitting inside picking on her nails with the lights off and did not greet anyone. One person came and straight up went into her office with no greeting. I waited 10 minutes and finally one person came only to tell us the small business owner lady was not there. No one was there to greet. Ridiculous customer service! How do you all run and make clients?! Never in my 10 years of bank relations have I ever seen a bank function this way. Hire more people or fix your services please!

Haven't been there yet, but Francisco took great care of me! I'm traveling from Wi. to purchase a vehicle private party, and wanted to make sure they had enough $ on hand, etc. 1st of all, I called about 3 different locations in the area, for about 15 minutes...no-one answered until Francisco! He double-checked to make sure they had the $$ on hand, told me about fiance promotions, and let me know the forms of ID I'd need. Thanks so much man!
