Bank of America is an absolute joke. I had to create an account to be paid by my employer. I have been to multiple branches all across the country. There is an issue and extremely long wait at every one I have ever been into. I took a check in today to be deposited....somthing so simple....over an hour wait....how are they still in buisness?

I started my account with Bank of America in Florida and because of this branch I'll be closing it. Unprofessional always can come up with an excuse of why they can't do things. Indiana branches are garbage. Wells Fargo time.

I regret going this location we went inside and looking for banker Waite 5min then a guy with frakle in his face came out he ask WHAT YOU NEED? Me and husband start looking at each other we told we need to update Roth ra he goes we don’t do that here it was so rude i been doing business with BOA for 20yr I decided to take business somewhere els ( the customer service is so dispointed here )

I visited this branch for notarization. The guy, who talked to me as I entered the branch, has reviewed my document and advised to bring additional document to get the service. When I visited the branch a few days later with what he asked, he talked to a lady who actually notarize, and told me they could not notarize. The guy should not review my document and comment.

I was a victim of fraud and the Bank of America as a whole criminalized me instead of acknowledging the fact that I was a victim. They made me feel like a criminal when I had no ill intentions. Very poor service and even worse customer support. If I could I’d give the banking company as a whole a -10 star rating. They’re “proud to help Americans with their banking” my @$$. More like proud to criminalize their customers.

The worst branch of the bank, no one wants to work in this branch, all the employees go to different offices and do nothing.
I came 65 miles from my city, because there is no Bank of America in my city, I came 2 times on different days and they refused me, there were a lot of bank employees and no one was busy, it’s just lazy people who work here who are not interested in new ones clients. This bank is disgusting and the staff are the same who simply don’t want to work.

So, me and my partner wanted to open an account. So we did it online and then went into the bank because we came across some issues. The guy we talked to ( I don’t remember his name but he had an accent) was very rude at first. We told them the lady we talked to told us to bring in proof of identification, so we did. He then told us we were lying and that we didn’t talk to anyone who said that. He then helped us and fixed my partners problem but once it came to my problem with the app, he told me to come back another day. So we walked in with a problem to then have to come back again another day. It was so frustrating. So I had my partner call the very next day to cancel our account. This bank has no idea what they are doing. So unorganized and unprofessional.

I'd give this branch and Bank of America ZERO stars if I could. We opened a corporate account under our LLC then opened a credit card and the bank personnel opened the credit card as a sole proprietor instead of LLC. We have had difficulty paying the bill, we have had to call the 800 and 888 phone number about 10 times. Every service specialist says something different. Today we were told we couldn't make a payment on our corporate credit card. Then the "Specialist" put us on hold, talked to someone else and was able to let us make a payment. We have not seen one point that they stated we would get but we have seen interest charges and a late fee because the payment wouldn't go through from our LLC checking account to the corporate credit card. SAME BANK for both! Plus, this branch is never open. I don't care what the hours say and that woman Linda was horrible. She had John set things up for us too. She had no idea what she was doing. Biggest regret is going with Bank of America. I've been on hold for 30 minutes while the electronic voice asks me rote questions; none of which address my problem but will hang up if I don't pick it's choice. This bank must still exist because of the income it generates from the fees it charges for its own incompetence.

This was the worst credit service rep I've ever met.Her name was Linda,,,,, She wasted our time and then to top it off she obviously didn't know her way around a computer, she had John the manager or whomever he was helping her step by step,,even then she couldn't get it straight. She put false information in and I asked her to correct it but she said it's fine . Then set us up with a credit card app that was clearly not suitable for our business. That ruined my perfect credit score and hit it with a Hard inquiry for Absolutely no reason than her making a ton of mistakes.I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PERSON IR LOCATION TO MY WORST ENEMY,,!!!

Linda the credit department rep really ruined my day and wasted 3 hours of my time just to show me that she clearly didn’t know her way around a computer.She then ran my credit and put false information in and even after I told her it was incorrect she proceeded to continue and gave me a credit card that my company was clearly not eligible for, causing my credit score to be hit with a Hard inquiry!!!! I’m definitely upset and wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this location just because of her.
