I'm not always happy with my visits here but I'm glad that it's an option for us on this side of town.

I don't like to write yelp reviews on establishments, but going to this AutoZone really had made me frustrated. I went in for a simple windshield wiper repair. I told one employee the make, model, and year of my car and as he was looking it up, he could not figure out which wipers would go on my car so he called over an older associate to help him. The older man then looked at the screen and told him that this is what I was supposed to have and they then grabbed it and came out to my car to help me. he took off my wiper and tried to put on the new one but it would not fit so they went back inside and grabbed a different pair and said these would work and to come back inside and pay for those because they were $10 more than what I had originally bought. After going back inside and paying for those, he tried to put those on as well as the other employee and they still did not fit so I was told to "go home and have your dad do it". as soon as I got home I myself, even realized that they were the incorrect wipers so I went back and returned them. The employee used the excuse that cars are getting too high-tech nowadays when in reality he is too old, I went 10 minutes down the road to the AutoZone on 135 and Fairview and they got me in and out in 10 minutes with no problem at all. There was a much nicer, younger man, helping me at the AutoZone on 135 that knew more than both of the men combined at the AutoZone on 31.

Went in on a Saturday morning. Not very busy. Not a single employee acknowledged me being in the store. Found what I needed and went to register where I checked myself out and left.... all without a single person saying a word to me....

I just stopped in to get some new wiper blades. It's pretty easy with the qr code at the wiper blade rack to scan to get your car's make and model for the blade size. The entire store was empty except for me. No employees. No help. Just me and the self-checkout talking to me. I finished paying the 3 guys walked in and asked me if I needed any help. No. Not now. I got this. No customer service is the new normal, I guess. Good thing I wasn't 80 years old needing help. Only 2 stars since I didn't have to get any assistance with my purchase. ?

I accidentally left a 1 star review because my GPS app was open when I put my phone in my pocket. That being said, I wish to correct and edit the false impression given by my accidental 1-star.I give this AutoZone 5 stars for friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism from the staff. They assisted me in buying and ordering a new headlight bulb and gave me advice for its installation when we realized my headlight is a specialty HID one that is rather complicated to install. Shout out to Riley and his coworkers for their willingness to help me install my headlight bulb!

Make sure you check you let brake pads before you leave we dropped off parts to put mechanic and get a call that one set of pads we just bought had been used then returned and no one checked them before they were but back on the shelf big waste of time and cost me money at least now I know to always check pads even if they say they are new

In today's environment I have to question why a large corporation would allow political signs during campaign season. I've had the pleasure of watching their CEO William Rhodes III interview a former president and know the guy is very intelligent and very well spoken and is one of the brightest leaders in the industry. I would hope that they take note of what their local stores are doing and set the politics aside away from their business climate. Regardless of who you support I'll refuse to spend my money at businesses that can't exhibit better judgment.

My son left the gas cap on the bumper. What seemed like an event that would be a pain in the rear was made quite simple. I walked in and asked for a gas cap for a 2003 Blazer, and she handed it to me for $16, and I was gone in 5 min. Easy peasy. Thank you!
